...JHumble offers two ebooks; the first one is a free download and contains

all you really need to know to use MMS. the 2nd costs $10 (or did a couple

years ago) and expands a lot upon, adds to, and duplicates info from the

first. the 2nd is only worthwhile if you need more in-depth info on MMS or

if you enjoy JH's writing (i find him an enjoyable story teller).

the important thing is to take it slow increasing dosing to avoid the

miserable nausea/vomit/diarhea that comes from too much too soon. many

think that's some kind of a herx/healing crisis reaction, but i think it's

just a body defense in the gastric system against something really harsh and

foreign that you get acclimated to by taking it slow.

also, it appears JH's claims, understandings, and beliefs about MMS might be

somewhat unrealistic.

some HIV folks are doing well keeping well and the disease in check, and it

seems to control the hep-C virus, but i have yet to see where anyone is

really being cured of either despite JH's claims ... that is eradicating the

virus and becoming sero-negative. there are much more pleasant ways to deal

with most conditions than MMS.

it appears to be pretty hard on the body for long term use... at least folks

get to being repulsed by the thought of swallowing it eventually and move on

to other protocols.

it has done a lot of folks a lot of good for quite a variety of problems.

good to have a stash around for sure. very interesting how it seems to

bring up symptoms or old aches/pains of long past afflictions for awhile

sometimes, then they get much better as if they never really finished

healing in the first place. i think it's worth trying for a few months,

used with care and supplementing plenty of nutrients and antioxidants, just

to see how it goes and what it does. don't screw up and abuse yourself with

it to the point of never being able to touch it again.

Hi Lee Ann...

I highly recommend you get the book and read it and decide for yourself whether

to take MMS or not.

Most people should start out slowly to see how your system reacts to MMS per Jim

Humble's advice. I can take the full 15 drops without any ill effects whatsoever

as can my grown son and daughter, however, I would never recommend taking that

amount for a long period of time unless you have a serious virus or illness that

needs immediate attention. You can take a maintenance dosage per JH's

advice...you should strictly and only take " his " advice on these things.

Best of health to you...

Sandy
