Guest guest
To recap my recent dog experience: My 12 year old bull terrier came down with some type of strange illness around July 3rd. She went off her feed with absolutely no interest in food of any kind which is completely out of character. She is one to know when 5:00pm comes around and start staring/barking at me. She was very lethargic throughout and continually wasted away. On day 6, she started drinking huge amounts of water, losing control of her bladder and developing a milky white covering on both eye lens (diabetic cataract). I suspected that diabetes was fast approaching and she was not long for this world. Later on day 6, I started her on one drop of Jim Humble's 28% sodium chlorite solution as processed in 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and drenched her with it. I was doing this morning and night. Within 12 hours, her eyes cleared up and became dark again. She accepted food and ate in less than 24 hours, too. I increased dosage to 4 drops, three times a day. Her appetite continually improved and her drinking water habits went back to normal. She also started exhibiting more physical activity. Around day 4 of treatment, she started barking for food like in the old days. She currently seems back to normal and is fast putting on lost weight. Conclusion: I am impressed that she survived what seemed like a death march. I saw the same type of syndrome develop in my previous dog who died from diabetes. I admit, I did not test my bullie for diabetes and it is purely a judgment call, but a death spiral, no matter the cause looked obvious. The turn-around was so abrupt after giving sodium chlorite, I cannot help to believe that this was the deciding factor. doug

Guest guest
"Drench" is a term used in veterinary medicine or agriculture in which one takes a large dose type syringe and squirts the remedy into the mouth of an animal. Normally one does this when the animal will not voluntarily orally accept the medication. My dog refused all food until after I dosed her with MMS, then within 12 hours, she started eating. doug [ ] successful case Date: Tuesday, July 21, 2009, 10:26 AM To recap my recent dog experience:My 12 year old bull terrier came down with some type of strange illnessaround July 3rd.
