This land looks great . I already have a bugout lot there in case I need to "get out of Dodge" and need a safe spot to go, But this land is so nice and I love the community concept( lots of freedom loving constitutionally minded individuals to help each other) .I always wanted my own farm but didnt want to do all the work myself. We will have a dairy cows , goats chickens, pigs , sheep, and the whole farm along with fields planted with grain or some other cash crop and a community garden for those who want to participate - or grow your own.There are a few farmers among the group moving out there as soon as the land closes, with tractors and farm equiptment , There are a few handy can do anything types and at the residents group we talk about all kinds of alternative energy, housing and fun things like that.We will have a real doctor , Dr Carly on the site( http://drcarley.com/ )an anti vaccine activist, And we will also have a natural health clinic with an herbal specialist.Its an interesting bunch of freedom loving individuals. Maybe I will get an acre and build a house and retire there in a few years.
