Guest guest
not even juice? the reason why i ask is because msm is sometimes added to oxygen supplements because it helps make the cell wall more permeable--gets it in deeper. also with the occ protocol, dmso and msm are used on the skin while taking mms internally for this reason too. just wondering if anyone takes both msm and mms and how they do it--separately in the same day, and hour after, mixed in.... thanks, sabine. > > can you mix mms with msm? > > Since MMS is a very powerful oxidizer, you really shouldn't mix it with > *anything*... >

Most that claim to be are not. > also with the occ protocol, dmso and msm are used on the skin They no longer recommend combining mms with the dmso for topical application... you should go read it again. Guest guest
Hi y'all, newbie here. I've been taking MMS for a couple weeks. Just wondering about your experiences. I am up to 10 drops twice a day, but have taken a few days off due to some side effects. BTW, isn't MSM something taken by mouth for arthritis?
