Guest guest
, After reading about Dr Hesselbrink's theories, I pretty much gave up because I decided right then and there I could not do that. Well, stopping taking the mms was not a good thing for me. I am back on it, taking it with juice, eating food and avoiding vitamin C within several hours of the mms. I feel much better on it, and I can feel many changes in my body happening although healing is not instantaneous. It would seem to me that many have done very well with juice and the old way of doing it, and I am wondering if, though Dr Hesselbrink's logic seems logical, he could be missing some point about how mms works. Anyway, I am going to keep on keeping on until I see a reason not to. Many have been healed (from what I have read) using various juices and also eating foods other than white bread prior to taking mms. Dr H totally overwhelms me with his info quite honestly, and also too much of his way of doing it seems way too harsh for my system to deal with. On mms, I am able to sleep longer than minutes at a time, and also do not wake up soaking with night sweats which I have had for at least ten+ years now. Also, on mms, I do not awaken with pain in my lower left breast area. It isn't like I'm bursting with energy and health still, but I am loving getting sleep a bit more. Last night I slept from 2:00am until 6:30 am, which is a total bliss for me. Glenna In a message dated 1/21/2009 6:28:20 P.M. Guest guest
my experience is much like yours, and your timing around food etc is probably about as good as you can do. i used a concord grape juice, organic house brand " nature's promise " from the Giant grocery store, which says 0 vit C on the label and does a good job to get it down. i don't plug my nose, but i do hold my breath and throw the shot down my throat without smelling it. i also stopped using MMS since i found CSilver to be as, if not more, effective at controlling my hep-C and killing other pathogens... and not miserable at all to ingest, no overdosing or nutrient destruction/cancellation issues. i'd been using CS for a coule years before MMS came along, and tried the MMS both in conjunction with CS and on it's own. i got up to 15 drops 3x/day for about a month with no problem possibly because CS had me well cleaned out already. neither CS nor MMS appear to have the ability to completely clear my hep-C... so if i'm going to be using one of them for ongoing viral load control, i choose the least disgusting despite the possibility of turning smurf someday. i eventually got to where just thinking about the smell of MMS would start making me kinda sick and angry, so i called it time to stop. i'm glad to have a stash of dry sodium chlorite in case of future bio-madness/epidemics etc that it might be best suited for. > [ ] juice or food with MMS > > > I have been using the MMS and am at 15 drops twice a day. Guest guest
.... i forgot to mention in the post i just sent: i found MMS worked best on an empty stomach with 1/2 slice of multigrain toast about 10-15 min before dosing. -----Original Message-----From: [mailto: ]On Behalf Of HappyYoga@...Sent: Wednesday, January 21, 2009 6:41 PM Subject: Re: [ ] juice or food with MMS , After reading about Dr Hesselbrink's theories, I pretty much gave up because I decided right then and there I could not do that. Guest guest
Bob, Some other things you can take for hep C include iodine (>7.5mg/day, Lugol's solution), virgin coconut oil, cod liver in its own oil, and especially baking soda (1/2 teaspoon per day). Like MMS, iodine is an oxidizer, and should be taken when you are not taking reducers (anti-oxidants). Alkalizing your body with baking soda just before you go to bed is a great way to rid yourself of all sorts of pathogens, even the killer fungi. http://chainexerciser.tripod.com > > my experience is much like yours, and your timing around food etc is > probably about as good as you can do. > > i used a concord grape juice, organic house brand " nature's promise " from > the Giant grocery store, which says 0 vit C on the label and does a good job > to get it down. i don't plug my nose, but i do hold my breath and throw the > shot down my throat without smelling it. > > i also stopped using MMS since i found CSilver to be as, if not more, > effective at controlling my hep-C and killing other pathogens... and not > miserable at all to ingest, no overdosing or nutrient > destruction/cancellation issues. i'd been using CS for a coule years before > MMS came along, and tried the MMS both in conjunction with CS and on it's > own. i got up to 15 drops 3x/day for about a month with no problem possibly > because CS had me well cleaned out already. > neither CS nor MMS appear to have the ability to completely clear my > hep-C... so if i'm going to be using one of them for ongoing viral load > control, i choose the least disgusting despite the possibility of turning > smurf someday. i eventually got to where just thinking about the smell of > MMS would start making me kinda sick and angry, so i called it time to stop. > > i'm glad to have a stash of dry sodium chlorite in case of future > bio-madness/epidemics etc that it might be best suited for. > > > [ ] juice or food with MMS > > > > > > I have been using the MMS and am at 15 drops twice a day. Guest guest
Hi , I am curious as to whether you take baking soda in conjunction with MMS. I believe that both have value and have wondered whether they offset each other. I do not tolerate MMS well...have gotten to a max of 6 drops once daily after 4 months...any higher and the consequences are unpleasant. So, I am looking for a way to augment the good that the MMS is doing...even at this rather low dosage. Thanks for your thoughts. judi From: yburkett <yburkett@...> Sent: Wednesday, January 21, 2009 7:26:03 PMSubject: [ ] Re: juice or food with MMS Bob,Some other things you can take for hep C include iodine (>7.5mg/day, Lugol's solution), virgin coconut oil, cod liver in its own oil, and especially baking soda (1/2 teaspoon per day). Guest guest
Have you tried the Beck Device for your Hep C? You might look into it. bob Larson wrote: my experience is much like yours, and your timing around food etc is probably about as good as you can do. i used a concord grape juice, organic house brand "nature's promise" from the Giant grocery store, which says 0 vit C on the label and does a good job to get it down. i don't plug my nose, but i do hold my breath and throw the shot down my throat without smelling it. i also stopped using MMS since i found CSilver to be as, if not more, effective at controlling my hep-C and killing other pathogens... and not miserable at all to ingest, no overdosing or nutrient destruction/cancellation issues. i'd been using CS for a coule years before MMS came along, and tried the MMS both in conjunction with CS and on it's own. i got up to 15 drops 3x/day for about a month with no problem possibly because CS had me well cleaned out already. neither CS nor MMS appear to have the ability to completely clear my hep-C... so if i'm going to be using one of them for ongoing viral load control, i choose the least disgusting despite the possibility of turning smurf someday. i eventually got to where just thinking about the smell of MMS would start making me kinda sick and angry, so i called it time to stop. i'm glad to have a stash of dry sodium chlorite in case of future bio-madness/epidemics etc that it might be best suited for. > [ ] juice or food with MMS > > > I have been using the MMS and am at 15 drops twice a day. Guest guest
The apple juice route is the only way that I can tolerate it. Otherwise, I feel like I am taking Clorox. My wife has absolutely no problem with it. Interesting how that works. I can take a heaping tablespoon of MSM with no problem and she can't stand it at all. xsig2003 wrote: I have been using the MMS and am at 15 drops twice a day. Guest guest
i do use lugol's. i put a drop on my breakfast, later a drop or two in whatever vege sauce or juice, whatever... i get a few drops most days. never thought of it as an oxidizer though. i usually only eat two meals, and have a couple tablespoons of caps to swallow with them, many of which are my anti-oxidants. so i guess i should move the iodine away from meals, but then it gets yucky instead of lost in the mix. coconut oil is good - with a spoon. too good. i have a cod liver oil softgel daily, but have never seen cod liver in it's oil. i think i would hate it. baking soda is something i have obtained, read about, but somehow haven't got into using yet. will do. i'm curious to see if BS scalp rinses in combo with daily ingestion of some will purge the lifelong dandruff that nothing else seems to eliminate. CS internally got rid of nasty toenail fungus, but spraying it on my scalp doesn't do it. i think it's a physical/chemical problem of some sort... only selenium sulfide shampoo really kicks it down when it gets bad. selenium supps + brazil nuts the last couple years hasn't made a difference though. which killer fungi? the woman upstairs? but i need her to contract jobs ... no swollen parasite = no roof/cable/elec/cash.... at the bottom line life is indeed a losing proposition. oh well. thanks for the thoughts ! > [ ] juice or food with MMS > > > > > > > > > I have been using the MMS and am at 15 drops twice a day. Guest guest
yes, some. in addition to doing the blood across wrist arteries i made pads from sponges backed with stainless steel screen to try to get current through the liver and it's meridian. i believe in the future i'll stick with wrist electrification and use a violet ray wand connected to an EMEM to zap meridians and liver with frequency patterns... i have doubts that it's possible to get appropriate microcurrents through the liver with the pads as the current path will divert all over the place. i have one of V's "power pulser" boxes, which either meets beck specs or can be more of a godzilla by switch setting. i used it quite a bit for awhile but have no idea if it was doing anything to viral load. since i'm back to smoking cigars i don't use electricity except for rife via EMEM due to concerns of electroporation + tobacco toxins = disaster. whenever i get the tobacco out i'll electrify again. i use a Sota mag pulser around my neck and face and thymus/lymphatic areas when the cigars start making things weird there, and it helps a lot... i suspect i'd be dead already without it. i have all the beck protocol tools, and use them intermittently... except for CS which stands out as the premier benefic and i use religiously. might get a much better ozone generator next month, so i will be able to IV ozonated saline and do regular insufflations and cupping. Guest guest
Judi, I take the MMS in the morning and the baking soda at night. Taken together, they would cancel each other out. http://chainexerciser.tripod.com > > > > my experience is much like yours, and your timing around food etc > is > > probably about as good as you can do. > > > > i used a concord grape juice, organic house brand " nature's > promise " from > > the Giant grocery store, which says 0 vit C on the label and does > a good job > > to get it down. i don't plug my nose, but i do hold my breath and > throw the > > shot down my throat without smelling it. > > > > i also stopped using MMS since i found CSilver to be as, if not > more, > > effective at controlling my hep-C and killing other pathogens... > and not > > miserable at all to ingest, no overdosing or nutrient > > destruction/ cancellation issues. i'd been using CS for a coule > years before > > MMS came along, and tried the MMS both in conjunction with CS and > on it's > > own. i got up to 15 drops 3x/day for about a month with no > problem possibly > > because CS had me well cleaned out already. > > neither CS nor MMS appear to have the ability to completely clear > my > > hep-C... so if i'm going to be using one of them for ongoing viral > load > > control, i choose the least disgusting despite the possibility of > turning > > smurf someday. i eventually got to where just thinking about the > smell of > > MMS would start making me kinda sick and angry, so i called it > time to stop. > > > > i'm glad to have a stash of dry sodium chlorite in case of future > > bio-madness/ epidemics etc that it might be best suited for. > > > > > [miracle_mineral_ supplement] juice or food with MMS > > > > > > > > > I have been using the MMS and am at 15 drops twice a day..
