Guest guest
hi, i've been taking mms in the mornings (5 drops) for about a month now, and it seems like my energy is good until after i take it. i feel up and ready to do stuff, do mms, then i feel like i want to go back to bed. i was also surprised to get swollen tonsils and runny nose durn gmy course. i can't tell if it is a detox or if i am fighting an illness. i thought mms would help to prevent sickness? i'm using oregano oil that seems to be helping helping with my tonsils more than the mms. any insights? thanks, sabine. Guest guest
Runny nose and swollen tonsils are not a Herxheimer reaction that I am aware of... but you never know. Diarrhea, headache, upset stomach are common. You may be allergic to the treatment. sabine luis wrote: hi, i've been taking mms in the mornings (5 drops) for about a month now, and it seems like my energy is good until after i take it. i feel up and ready to do stuff, do mms, then i feel like i want to go back to bed. i was also surprised to get swollen tonsils and runny nose durn gmy course. i can't tell if it is a detox or if i am fighting an illness. i thought mms would help to prevent sickness? i'm using oregano oil that seems to be helping helping with my tonsils more than the mms. any insights? thanks, sabine. Guest guest
Sabine.....I take my MMS at night for that very reason....leaves me feeling limp if taken during the day. I assume that taking it at night, I am unaware of the reaction. I do make sure I don't eat anything for at least 2 hours before I go to bed so I am sure my stomach has had time to empty. If possible, you might want to try this process...works for me. judi From: sabine luis <impendingbloom@...> Sent: Monday, February 23, 2009 2:10:52 PMSubject: [ ] mms, tiredness, and illness hi,i've been taking mms in the mornings (5 drops) for about a month now, and it seems like my energy is good until after i take it. i feel up and ready to do stuff, do mms, then i feel like i want to go back to bed. i was also surprised to get swollen tonsils and runny nose durn gmy course. i can't tell if it is a detox or if i am fighting an illness. i thought mms would help to prevent sickness? i'm using oregano oil that seems to be helping helping with my tonsils more than the mms.any insights? thanks, sabine. Guest guest
if doing once daily try before bedtime instead of morning. if 2x/day try before bed and first thing upon arising... then you can eat all day into the evening to get your antioxidants back up and detox/flush the dieoff. worked best for me and many others that way... folks often report a variety of symptoms with the MMS. it can seem to make the symptoms of conditions long past resurface, sometimes for weeks, and then they go away leaving one more " cleansed " and feeling good, as if there was some kind of residue of old problems still needing to be dealt with. i don't know how or if this applies to your tonsils and runny nose though. you could try doing the MMS transdermally (on skin with some DMSO) and see if there's any change? i haven't done MMS for a long time, but use CS regularly... no hep-C symptoms, colds or flu while others around me got them, but there's been some bug around trying to get ahold since before xmas so i get stuffed up some then the next CS breaks it all loose and i'm fine for hours again. also, when i take (2x/day) my big handful of supps incl TCM herbal blends with lots of antivirals among them i get all stuffed up within minutes and that breaks up over a half hour or so and then i'm great. if i'd get off my cigars & butt and get more exercise all that would likely be history. > [ ] mms, tiredness, and illness > > > hi, > i've been taking mms in the mornings (5 drops) for about a month > now, and it seems like my energy is good until after i take it. > i feel up and ready to do stuff, do mms, then i feel like i want > to go back to bed. > > i was also surprised to get swollen tonsils and runny nose durn > gmy course. i can't tell if it is a detox or if i am fighting an > illness. i thought mms would help to prevent sickness? i'm using > oregano oil that seems to be helping helping with my tonsils more > than the mms. > > any insights? > > > thanks, > sabine. > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
Runny nose and swollen tonsils are in the norm for a detox reaction. Just skip a day or two to let your system clear out and then continue drops...I think many people underestimate the power of MMS and one needs not take it daily. Listen to your body. medusa Re: [ ] mms, tiredness, and illness Runny nose and swollen tonsils are not a Herxheimer reaction that I am aware of... but you never know.
