Guest guest
Lianne- I have had to totally give up MMS because of heart problems caused by it. MMS will, in my opinion, deplete your system of vitamin c and various minerals by oxidative action if overused. Your heart needs a very large array of substances to work properly. For you, in your condition, overuse may mean no use. There are others who have found this out the hard way. I have had great relief of heart palpitations from avoiding MSG and coffee, and by ingesting minerals, vitamin c, mineral ascorbates, CoQ10, D-ribose, creatine monohydrate, and most recently, magnesium bicarbonate and potassium iodide (Lugol's iodine solution). I have been taking another iodine, Magnascent, for a long time with many good results but found that potassium iodide was needed for my heart. Here is a short version of how to make Magnesium Bicarbonate water, which was very effective for my heart palpitations: 1 liter of plain carbonated water (seltzer), chilled well. 1 bottle Milk of Magnesia (MoM) generic is fine. This makes enough concentrate for 3 gallons so you need 3 gallons of non-municipal drinking or distilled water. To get pure mag-bicarb, you need distilled. Uncap a chilled liter of seltzer without shaking and add 3 tablespoons MoM. Cap and shake well. Let set and settle. Shake again. Repeat until clear. Add one third of that to one gallon of water, technically 330 milliliters to 3 liters and 660 ml (3 liters, 660 ml is .98 gallon). You need over a gallon container to do this but you can cut this to do a half gallon or a quart using 165 ml or 83 ml of concentrate. Resulting water will taste sweet and you can dilute it further if you wish. First use will yield massive urination before it begins to hydrate you. First couple of days may be painful in calcified joints while it goes to work. It made my entire left leg hurt at first. FANTASTIC for the heart. Addendum: I gave up trying to find a container that was just over a gallon. Now, I pour my concentrate into a Rubbermaid gallon pitcher, then add ditilled water until it's full, then pour the remaining ditilled water into another gallon pitcher, then pour them back and forth into each other to mix well. I then pour most of it back into one pitcher and use first the little bit left in the other pitcher. Guest guest
MMS group list -- First of all, thank you so much for EVERYONE that responded. I have stopped taking MMS for right now but haven't given up on it completely yet. Drucker Labs has a few different mineral products, one of which does not have any vitamin C -- IntraMin. I'm still gathering information and would like to talk with a physician about it (alternative of course). Like most of you, it bothers me to be putting chemicals in my body. I'm still contemplating how to get good heart healthy supplements to support the heart and take the activated MMS. Anyway, what do you think about brushing your teeth with activated MMS and swishing it and then spitting it out without swallowing any. Think it would still stress the heart and cause palpitations? I find it strange that of all the folks Jim Humble helped in Africa that nobody complained about heart palpitations or heart issues since that seems to be the only possible contraindication... what does everyone else make of this?
