I often have low energy, low blood pressure and more than the occasional heart palpitations. I daily take a fantastic, although expensive, mineral supplement that really helps with my low energy : http://store.druckerlabs.com/intraMAXinfo_s/117.htm (just in case you wanted to know what it was). After being stabilized at 2 activated drops with lemon juice on an empty stomach first thing in the morning & 4 activated drops at bedtime for about four days I was EXTREMELY lethargic in the morning and last night experienced uncomfortable heart palpitations. These are top stations were definitely different than what I normally experience... closer together and more like fluttering rather than a heart pound. Anyway, I just knew it was from the MMS and after dealing with it for 30 minutes and not being able to sleep I decided to just go ahead and take the mineral supplement figuring the 600 mg of vitamin C would counteract the MMS. Sure enough within one minute I could tell the palpitations were getting better. In five minutes I was back to normal. As anyone else had heart palpitations? Recommendations?Lianne
Guest guest
Hello Lianne... Whenever I take activated MMS orally I too am very lethargic and have the fluttering heart...I also experience heart palpatations normally. I can only believe this is the results of pathogens being killed in my system. Whenever I use MMS with DMSO in a transdermal application I avoid the lethargy and heart flutters. Some will say it is because the transdermal application is not as effective as taking MMS orally...although for me I do see results...everyone is different. I do not advocate trandermal use for everyone but it has worked for me. Take care... S. > > I'm sorry for the mistakes my DragonDictate made. Guest guest
Hi Lianne, Yes I had similar effects when taking the mms. I'll tell you what I've done though. Sometime after taking the MMS, let's say 45 minutes to an hour after taking it I'll be sipping lemonade, alacer "Emergen-C" vitamin C, or lemon or green tea. I believe that you need to put some fluids into your system and to alkalize too. I then go to to juices and soups before solid foods. I now carry out this same light-to-heavy-back-to-light way of diet regularly throughout the course of my day whereas I start out my day with a potent cup of korean ginseng tea and a few tablespoons of flaxseed oil, then another cup of lemon tea just a little later and then a bowl of soup for lunch with the solid food like a salad or sandwich then and continuing about the same through dinner like this before tapering off to light fluids like more tea or juice and maybe some more flaxseed oil again before bed. I've found that whole food vitamins like "Megafood" or "New Chapter" are well worth the taking and have alot to offer (though your intraMAX product looks good too). I take lots of alfalfa tablets at meal times too along with super blue green algae capsules. I get these cheap at wal-mart, and I have worked up to greater amounts confortably. These give me incredible health and energy. I also make fruit shakes during the day with a smoothie maker and mostly use lemonade, cranberry juice, water, blueberries, strawberries, apple, banana, kiwi or some close combination like these and all this helps me to remain cleansed and well nourished. I used the MMS effectively some three weeks back at 15 drops several times per day for a few days and then quit it. I know others use a maintenance dose. I didn't choose to do this, and instead am trying to keep myself cleansed and nourished regularly and this light-to-heavy-back to light way of eating seems to be working great for me. Most people will agree that we need to be drinking plenty of water or fluids anyway, and akalizing and nourishing all the cells of the body only helps us more here. Hope this helps you, john d navy4whl wrote: Hello MMS group -- I am a 51-year-old, C4/5 quadriplegic woman (paralyzed below the shoulders from a car accident 17 years) weighing 105 pounds. Guest guest
one of our members,Daddybob, speculated this effect happens when vitamin C becoms depleted in your body. Make sure you are supplementing vitamin c12 hours after taking MMS. If I were to feel these symptoms I would probably also reduce the dose of MMS for a while. I certainly wouldnt add any more until the symptoms abated. Perhaps doing a group search would be difficult for you , but if you can search there is info in the messages of such symptoms.I will be glad to pull them up for you if you need hepl with that.
