Guest guest
Of the hundreds of people I have communicated with who take colloidal silver, very few have reported any 'gut' problems. Theoretically CS could kill 'good' bacteria, but in practice I believe it rarely does. A silver ion or particle needs to come into direct physical contact with a bacteria to kill it. If an ion or particle travels through the gut its usually surrounded and coated by too much goo to do much harm. (That's my theory anyway). The best chance CS has to work is if its delivered quickly and cleanly in the bloodstream via sublingual delivery. So its recommended you hold it in your mouth for a minute or two before swallowing it. Occasionally I have heard people say that CS gives them the runs but, on the other hand, a small number say it makes them constipated, so it seems to swing both ways so to speak. But most users have no problems at all. Thats not to say that taking a probiotic isn't a good idea anyway. I was talking to a guy yesterday (not a CS user) who has has the runs for 4 months. Doctors haven't been able to help him so he has just bought his own CS maker. I've asked him to get back to me with any results. If he does I'll post them > > They say that colloidal silver is like an antibiotic and therefore the flora in your gut needs to be increased so take probiotics. cathy >
