....so that would be a gluten-free diet. that doesn't include ALL grains.

do you have any refs i can read on the association to Lupus? if it's true for Lupus then it may also be so for other problems like RA and sjogrens.

AFAIK, autoimmune disorders may be but not always connected to grains?

Hi ,

It sounds like you have an inability to assimilate grains, which is what I have. You cannot process the gliaden in wheat, mainly. If you will eliminate the source of the problem the problem will go away. The same goes for the Lupus. It is nothing more than a reaction to grains. Vaccines have damaged the lining of our intestines in many complex ways and all of us a little differently. I can't eat corn either, but some of my children can, but can't breakdown dairy casien. You have to find what your trigger foods are. We went to a homeopathic doctor for help with ours. Some foods cause inflammation in the body, while other foods suppress the body's immune functioning. It's just a matter of identifying those foods and eliminating them. Then you can go about healing the intestines so that in the future you may be able to enjoy those foods again. I think that so many of them are genetically altered and have wreaked havoc in our bodies that we may never be able to eat them again. We are now growing our own foods and purchasing locally grown animals to have slaughtered for our meats. I own a few shares in an organic cow, but find that even in fresh raw milk several of us can't process the casien. The foods that we are reacting to are the very things that the vaccines are grown on in the labs...peanut, milk, wheat, corn, soy and egg. These fermented concoctions are then drawn up in viles and shot into our bodies that then mutate even more and are causing massive damage. What better way to destroy a population. Hmmm.
