Guest guest
This is how I make my transdermal magnesium spray. I purchased about 5 lbs of magnesium flakes. Then I take equal parts magnesium and equal parts water (re: half cup of magnesium flakes and half cup of water). Bring your water to a boil (better to boil first, measure after J) and then add the flakes to it. Stir a bit and allow them to dissolve. Wait until it cools. Then I poured them into a small sprayer bottle and spritz myself when I get out of the shower or when I’m in the bathroom and fee like it! I have noticed that it stings a tad if I put some on my face but not so badly that it would prevent me from doing so. It lasts for less than a minute. You will feel “oily” yet there’s no actual oil in it – and the feeling will go away after a few minutes. Going forward, I just may add some DMSO and use EIS water (although knowing absolutely nothing about boiling EIS water and if it would ruin all its goodness). I used filtered well water from our tap. Hope this helps. P.S. I wouldn’t mix up more than the half cup each – since it lasts awhile. There will be a little sediment on the bottom after the crystals dissolve but I didn’t bother filtering it out. Guest guest
I felt that Life-enthusiast.com had a good price so I purchased there. The 5lbs should definitely last quite a long time. The only thing I didn’t care about life-enthusiast is I started receiving emails (about stuff) on a regular basis and I don’t recall signing up for anything. So, that being said – just take note that you may wind up unsubscribing to them if you get annoyed!
