I believe that mms would work well with H1N1 virus -so too would large

doses of vitamin c powder -but really our health depends largely upon

how strong our own immunity is and that depends on our habits

-eating,drinking exercising,thinking etc.

this " enforced " thing reminds me of Nazi Germany -why would the

population allow such an abuse of personal freedom?

Are they targeting just Jews or the whole lot this time?? All i can say

is-they better be able to run fast to catch me ;-)

MMS will help with the flu - it shortened the length of time my wife had the

so-called bird blu. I would estimate that it cuts the duration of the flu down

to about 25%.

In the case of the H1N1 vaccination-induced flu, you need something to protect

your lungs, as this virus rapidly attacks lung tissue and creates pneumonia. You

can literally drown in your own mucus within days, or even hours. The second

death from H1N1 here in Israel killed a 24 year old woman in just a few days,

from pneumonia.

That being said, I would recommend taking substances that can clear bronchial

congestion and protect the lungs (expectorants). The herbs most used for

protecting the lungs are coltsfoot, horehound, and mullein leaf.

Herbs for bronchitis include Catnip leaf, Celery seed, Elderberry,, Gotu Kola,

L-cysteine or NAC, Oregano oil, Red clover blossoms, Sage, Suma root, Thyme, and

Wild cherry bark. I highly recommend Elderberry.

Standard flu preparations from 100 years ago include Boneset and Suma root.

Recently, it has been discovered that Osha root is also a powerful expectorant,

and is much more potent than goldenseal, although the latter is not without

value.

Vitamin D is said to modulate the immune response so that you don't produce too

much phlegm too quickly. Take cod liver in its own oil for a great source of

vitamin D (and vitamin A). Take amino acid complexes to keep your energy level

high.

If you become ill, stop eating all food and drink a lot of pure water. Sugar is

especially dangerous.
