Guest guest
Join Granny Warrior in a freedom loving intentional community for safety in troubled times. http://www.freedomisnotdead.org/freedom.htm use me as the referal to save $100 on a campsite or $500 on an acre http://www.chews4health.com/Wilkins http://www.simplexityhealth.com/ distributor#2005722 Freedom County USA The Freedom County Project is well under way now with residents signed up and waiting for the land to be closed on. This will happen within the next 45 days. The whole idea is to have a safety haven for families who wish to be self sufficient and provide a place of group support for each other in defense of their property, family and their beliefs. if or when Civil uprisings, mandatory vaccinations or Martial Law should be implemented. Religion is not a factor in residency. We support no Religion as everyone is free to proctice their own beliefs in their own homes. There will be no churches etc on the property, families that wish to worship in a formal structure can find Churches in towns nearby. All Religions are welcome, none are being favored or preached. This is not a religious based community. The community will offer people a chance to raise their own food, produce their own energy and raise their children without the governments involvement. The garden area (35 acres) will be worked by everyone that wishes to share the produce. We have the farm equipment and experienced farmer in Texas to run the gardens but will need help from the residents to maintain and harvest. Any family that intends to participate in the products is expected to do their part in helping with the work. The fruit and nut orchards will also need workers. The pastures will offer free grazing for cattle, a seperate area for our Lamancia Goat herd and a area closer to the main barn for Chickens, ducks and geese for both meat and eggs. Residents can have their own cows, goats etc but must have them tagged and are responsible for their care, feeding, milking and butchering. The community will have their herd which is cared for by the residents and shared by all. Again everyone will be expected to help with the labor. This is a working community. if you don't work you don't eat. If you choose not to join in the work which will be necessary for the operation of the community don't plan on sharing the profits or products. There is no pressure to work but be ready to support yourself totally without the sharing of what others have been working for. We realize some will be able to do more than others due to health, age and knowledge but every one can find a way of being useful whether it is working in the library, teaching, cleaning, maintenance or any of the activities that will be need to be taken care of daily. The barn will be divided into a meeting area, framed in and insulated for a place to have meals, meet, etc. along with a community kitchen area. When we are getting started most will not have their homesteads set up for cooking bathing etc so that will be a major need. The kitchen will be available to all, meals will be provided with the help of those in the community that like to cook etc. We have already furnished the kitchen with a restaurant kitchens equipment we purchased for this purpose. When everyone is set up with their own homes etc the kitchen area will be used to process food for storage, special events and town hall meetings. Public toilets and showers are available along with a laundry area. Everyone is expected to do their part in keeping these facilities clean and sanitary. Dr. Pruitt ( Ron 's medical partner for years) is one of the sponsors of this community and will be building a clinic for the community, Dr Carley will have her own clinic, and Nannette Carley ( no relation) will have a health spa with a herbal store, all will be working together to provide the best medical care possible for the residents. There will be a library ( bring all of your books with you for this) along with small shops residents open to sell their products.. Barter will be encouraged but we will have what we are calling Barter Bucks which will be used as a monetary system. Each barter buck will be backed with silver. In other words you deposit a certain amount of silver and are given the correct amount of Barter bucks. When you wish to cash in your bucks the amount of silver the bucks represent will be returned to you. A treasurer will be appointed by the community for this position. We have tried to forsee all possible problems and have satisfied ourselves that this is a valuable project which can be copied all over the country and become a model for others to find security in numbers as well as live without being fed the garbage that is sold today as food and water. Non GMO foods all grown organicly and fresh clean water without chemicals will be our first priority. The property is located 7 miles from the nearest small town ( Bronte) and 50 miles from Abilene and is on a county road not a major highway. We feel we are far enough away from the concentrated areas to be fairly safe from the people who may be roaming around looking for supplies in case the economy collapses plus there are enough of us to protect our families from such hordes of theives and scroundrels. The campsites are 50 x 75 feet, a large campsite suitable for a RV, Motor Home, Tent or small cabin. The property is yours you can do what ever you like on it as long as you are not endangering neighbors or infringing on their rights. you can lease 2 or more and have them adjoining if you wish. The 1 acre homesites are exactly one acre where you can do what you wish on them, build your homes, put a Mobile home on there what ever kind of construction you desire. There are no restrictions on what you do with your property. When we open the gates people will be able to walk around or drive and pick out their sites. Sites will not be back to back like a trailer park, such close accomodations only bring on problems. There are 500 acres to choose from and only 100 more sites will be leased out giving everyone lots of space. . Simply stake out your site, it will be marked off with yellow tape so others will know exactly where it is and can choose a site a good distance from it giving everyone breathing room. When the 100 sites are all gone this will be taken down and no further residents will be accepted. We are not out to make money but to build a community of like minded people who believe in freedom, the constitution and the right to live and raise their family as they feel is best. The 100 sites will finish completely paying for this property so there will be no mortgage on the land. The deed will be in the form of a land trust to protect everyone from losing their property for 99 years at which time the deeds will be transferred to the remaining heirs to the property. All taxes will be paid by the Freedom Is Not Dead organization. They will be minimul as it is zoned agricultural and we will be applying for the Land Grant which we can use to obtain a Alluvial title which will eliminate any taxation by the state county or federal government. The community will have no set rules: Just remember the 10 comandments as law. Do not endanger your neighbors and be a good neighbor is all that is required. People that are found to be objectionable will have a town hall meeting with everyone present to hear the accusations and defense and everyone will vote on the outcome or solution. Small Oak grove and partial view of barn ( 40 x 70 ft) Side view of barn and side entrance gate Campsite with camper Corral and 1 acre homesite area Property Map, both parcels add up to 500+ acres. Located within 20 mles of 3 large recreational lakes for fishing, boating and swimming. One acre home site area More campsite areas and garden area One of the little used roads on property along with a game feeder camp site area along with one small cattle pond (it had just rained so the water is muddy) Beautiful views of distant mountains We need your help in finding more like minded residents. Along the side bar there are links you can copy and print, send as links etc to everyone you know who would make a good neighbor. Please be selective. You can also pay for your site by bringing in more residents, see the link for earning your site. Please be storing up supplies which will be needed. Everyone needs to be able to feed themselves and their families for at least 6 months, more if you are able so others will not have to dip into their supplies to cover others needs. While we are firm believers in helping our neighbors the neighbors need to help themselves.
