Guest guest
I have had athelete's foot for years. Itchy peeling skin and blisters, not only around the toes, but also on the sole of my foot. I also have a toenail fungus, a thick yellow toenail. When I stop eating sugar, the athlete's foot goes away. What also helps is tea tree oil. Recently I tired coconut oil with garlic. That worked but not as good as the tea tree oil. I see a homeopath, and he doesn't want me to use tea tree oil, as it interferes with the homeopathic remedy. I haven't had any sugar for a month, but my athlete's foot has acted up mildly. I think it might be a die-off symptom. I haven't had much die off symptoms yet. I have been strict for a month. - Tamara --------------------------------- Start your day with - make it your home page

Darin ==>Yes, your body can detox through any oriface of the body, including the skin. Swelling is the body's way of immmobilizing an area to help heal it better. You can soak your feet to assist detoxing - see the Athlete's Foot article in the Treatments Folder. Also do other detoxing recommendations, i.e. coffee enema, epsom salt baths/soaks, lemon juice & ocean sea salt drink (as recommended), dry skin brushing, etc. as listed in my article. Guest guest
Hi Darin, I had another thought about your foot. Did you ever injure it? Because during natural healing your body goes backwards in time through previous symptoms, injuries, diseases, etc. - it's called re- tracing and it is according to Hering's Law of Cures. It's like the body needs to peel off the layers in order to heal properly, so you will re-experience them. See my article under Hering's Law of Cures. Guest guest
Bee I did as a matter of fact have a very serious sprained ankle in highschool on the same foot, as well as frequent athletes foot. The yellow fluid got so bad yesterday I did not take any coconut oil or probiotics for the past 2 days. It seems to have really slowed down now so I did take my probiotics tonight. I am also trying the epsom salt bath and rubbing (coconut, olive and garlic) or just plain coconut oil on it. I am hoping this is all actually a positive thing and its really part of the die off process just getting a little concerned about how bad my foot is looking. The yellow fluid got so bad yesterday I did not take any coconut oil or probiotics for the past 2 days. ==>Yellow fluid is toxins coming out, so I wouldn't help to stop taking CO or probiotics. The toxins do need to come out. > It seems to have really slowed down now so I did take my probiotics tonight. My daughter had a nail through her foot once and the hospital was no help at all. Her foot swelled up horribly and got very angry and red. My neighbor brought over H202 and mixed it half and half with sterile water (boiled for 30 minutes and then cooled) and we soaked her foot in the solution 3 times a day, and in between wrapped her foot with it soaked wet in strips of white sheets, and then wrapped dry. Within 24 hours the redness left and the swelling went down. You could try it - you can use regular 3% Hydrogen Peroxide from the drug store. Sterilized water is boiled for 30 minutes which mainly removes the chlorine. ==>Let me know how it goes. Bee
Guest guest
that one's easy... colloidal silver. ingest a bit daily (systemic cleanout), and spray the feet after bathing and spray all shoes and slippers occasionally. use some in the final rinse of washer loads. gotta be making your own to afford this unless you're pretty wealthy. > -----Original Message----- > > Just thinking out loud. Guest guest
CS works great for me, and a lot of other folks. i had pretty bad toenail fungus that was (surprise to me) largely eliminated by CS ingestion, not topical. when i noticed after a few months of drinking CS that my toenails were growing in all clear (i usually dry my feet on autopilot without examination) i started spraying them too, and painting lugols around the edges of the one bad big toe that was all thickened and distorted. it took over a year for that one to grow out, and will take another complete growth cycle to get the rest of it's geometry back. i did lose ground for awhile when i cut back the amount of CS i ingested daily for a few months. a few months of drinking CS and my skin tags all disappeared. many believe those are fungal. i didn't have a problem with athlete's foot, but have read on CS lists and other places many reports from folks who have dealt with that and jock itch quickly with spraying on CS. i believe it's important to drink it simultaneously as the fungi involved get into the whole body and that's partly how they can come back. i've taken to spraying feet and sometimes shoes after showering, and working in summer heat as a painter my feet or shoes never stink. it's not all that weak on fungus. i recently read about some test where it was shown to be more effective than diflucan. can't swear to the value of the test and don't know where to find it again, sorry. for mold on concrete walls use a solution of TSP and bleach to kill it. to keep it from coming back the ventilation/moisture/light conditions as well as it's " food " sorce must be dealt with. oil or water based paints are food to mold under the right conditions, but additional fungicides can be added to them if the other conditions are fixed. > [ ] Re: athlete's foot > > Liz, Colloidal silver is a weak antifungal.
