Hello,  If you do any form of extensive exercise that will create sore muscles, do NOT take MMS for a few days.  The lactic acid in your muscles will react quite severely with MMS leaving your muscles very, very sore for at least a week.  I've now verified this 4 different times.  Now that I am marathon training my legs are in a constant state of extreme pain due to the MMS I take.  I will be stopping the MMS for a while and taking my baking soda in an attempt to regain my legs.

I was on a great wild dolphin boat tour in Maui with Karmyn and and I noticed that my chest was starting to get sunburned.The problem for me with sunburn is that I have a hard time knowingIf I'm going to get it or not because it gets much worse later on.
