I have been following all the posts about the Homemade Liposomal C. I have searched all over to find out as much as I can about this process, but haven't had much luck. I have two questions...

1) How can I join "The Silverlist" you refer to (what is the exact name of the group) so as to be up to date on important information like this? and.....

2) Is there any information out there about the process itself and what other types of vitamins and/or foods that can be processed in this manner?

P.S. I already have Dr. Milne's book and bought an Ultrasonic cleaner, some non-GMO Lecithin, and some Vitamin C crystals, but would like some hands-on DIY information

, Making the stuff couldnt be simpler.

1 T of vitamin C powder in 1/2 cup of water

3 T of granualated lecithin in 1 cup of water I use warm water and Daddybob suggests shaking it in a jar to speed the disolving process..

pour both into the ultrasonic cleaner and turn it on. It cuts off after 2 minutes .I push the on button after it stops 5 times for a total of 10 minutes.

I keep it in the fridge in a jar and shake it before I add it to juice or a smoothy.

If you read the last post there are directions for checking to see if you are getting encapsulation.

I hope this is not a dumb question, but is it the Lecithin that encapsulates the vitamin C? Can something other than vitamin C be substituted for it? What if you dissolved the vitamin C in a half a cup of colloidal silver and the Lecithin granules in a cup of colloidal silver? Would that affect the process positively or negatively? If you left out the vitamin C would the colloidal silver be encapsulated?

I must have missed something. Do you use this encapsulated C in place of

regular C? And do you just use less of it because it's more bio-available?

Sorry to be dense but I don't really understand how it's used.

Im not a scientist , but the liposomal encapsulation technology has been known for at least 15 years. At the silver list they were talking about some glycogen product they were also using the lipo process for . Livon Labs has this product for sale if you want to do a search.If you join the silver list and ask the question there the scientist does occassionally post answers to peoples questions and It may have already been discussed.

Yes and yes.

1 gram of encapsulated C is equal to 10 grams of IV C. This is via www.livonlabs.com product. What you can make yourself, with ' instructions, is just slightly less than that.
