Take MMS1 In Capsule Form

Spreading MMS Across the World With Your Help.

Take MMS In Capsule Form - No More Taste Complaints.

You can buy empty capsules at some drug stores and most health food

stores. The capsules go by sizes called "SIZE ZERO" and "SIZE ONE."

Size zero holds 250 mg of powder or tiny granules - untamped.

This

is the method I use every day - "MMS-In-Capsule-Form." This is a

do-it-your-self project that is quite easy to do. You will need an

eyedropper.

It will help if you mix a separate small bottle of citric acid

- 50% citric powder and 50% water. Label it so that you don't confuse

it with the normal bottle of the 10% citric acid. Also if you were ever

allergic to citric acid, then you will have to use vinegar or lemon

juice at the normal 5 to 1 ratio. That would be (for example) 2 drops

MMS with 10 drops vinegar or lemon juice. Very few people are allergic

to citric acid in strong amounts - very rare but it is a consideration.

Assuming you have prepared a bottle of 50-50 citric acid, here is an example.

If you want a 4 drop dose of MMS then use an eye dropper to

drop 4 drops of MMS into a capsule. You must continue to hold the

capsule while you

now bring 4 drops from the 50-50 citric acid bottle. Drop the 4 acid

drops into the capsule on top of the MMS and immediately put the cap

onto the capsule.

If the capsule wasn't completely full, that doesn't matter. In

fact, if you live in a country where capsules have different sizes than

"Size Zero" or Size One" then get the smallest or next larger that you

can find. Empty space in the capsule is not important.

Take the capsule immediately with water using at least one

half cup to a full cup of water. Avoid juices - no taste-masking is

needed.

Some people never complained much about the MMS taste. It's not as

bad as some strong antibiotic pills or Chemo pills that are designed to

make you sick. However, I do hear from people who are VERY sensitive to

the MMS odor and taste. They sometimes diminish their doses and never

achieve full MMS benefit.

Once you try this capsule method, and get your eye and hand

coordination in the habit of doing this, you may never switch back. For

an 8 drop dose, take two capsules.

ARE YOU AWARE? The MMS dosage protocols have changed - for the

better. You may not have to ramp up to the 15 drop level to achieve a

full "clean out!"

REGARDING MMS SUPPORT

To

service over 750,000 people who have ordered MMS since 2006,

comprehensive answers to questions are in a knowledge base where you

can look up answers that have been sent by email to Jim and other

people, over the past seven years. Don't

attempt to contact the Institute or send emails unless you have given

time to learn about MMS in the seven resources below. This will be an "adult education" experience. A seven-point "study guide" follows.

1. Read an introduction to MMS. The one Jim wrote is on this site [ Here ]. Another introduction was written by

Institute staff - click [ Here ]. You need to understand the progressive body reactions, the improvements you

are likely to experience, and the reasons for it.

2. Find and click a topic of interest in my knowledge base at http://MMSanswers.com . Do research; read the answers there to your questions.

3. Order and begin using MMS. If you need to purchase MMS,

search for "MMS resellers" or MMS suppliers" on the search engines. MMS

KEEPS ON DARK CUPBOARD SHELVES FOR AT LEAST FIVE YEARS - and twice that

if refrigerated.

Don't call

to ask if MMS works, or if people have died from using it (none), or

whether it will remove your uncle's birthmark.

4. Review some of the stories users have submitted at http://JimHumble.biz/biz-stories.htm.

5. Download and read my free 127 page book "MMS: Miracle Mineral Supplement of the 21st Century."

Download it [ HERE ].

6. Review the list of articles at http://MMS-articles.com . Especially How to Avoid Nausea.

7. Download and print the activation instructions [ Here ].

8. (Extra Credit) Sign up for the MMS newsletter [ Here ]. New answers and new methods of use will be posted in periodic newsletters. There

are over 800,000 named diseases. Once you understand how MMS works and

the chemical reasons for its effectiveness, you will have a basis for

deciding if MMS is likely to help any disease you may be facing. When

uncertain, read more, or consider that since the Cl02 gas CANNOT HARM

normal living cells, you can cautiously experiment privately under laws

that classify you as "a voluntary researcher."

Eventually a chain of health clinics may have a fee structure for

providing personal coaching and suggestions. Until then your only

support is mandatory self-education about MMS. After fulfilling the

"curriculum" above, you can ask new or personal questions at the

Institute address JIM@.... To buy a hardback copy of both volume

one and two of Jim's books (bound together), click [ Here ].

CONTACT INFO: Before writing to the MMS Institute about

specific disease questions you should visit the knowledge base and

click on various diseases that may be of interest. Click here:
