Guest guest
What I've read is to not mix MMS with juices that have vitamin C, whether natural or added. Specifically not orange juice. Wait until a couple of hours after taking the MMS before you eat anything with C or take any C vitamins. So, no eating oranges within 2 hours after taking MMS. No multi-vitamins or C vitamins until 2 hours after the MMS. The MMS does most of it's work within a couple of hours, so although taking C at 2 hours kills off some of the MMS's longer term effectiveness, it's not a big loss. (A four hour wait might be better, but not a big deal unless you are fighting something severe and fast growing, in which case try to get the C as far away as possible from the MMS). Taking C with MMS or right before MMS or right after MMS is pretty much a waste of the MMS. No big deal, why why go through the bad taste of MMS for no reason? --- In , Sam Runner <samrunner1@...> wrote: > > Jim Humble states that ascorbic acid cuts the effectiveness of MMS down by > 75%, that's understandable, but if you mix MMS with something else, like > natural vitamin c, will it dull the effectiveness? like regular orange juice > wit no added ascorbic acid? can i mix my MMS with regular OJ? also, can i > eat something with natural vitamin c after taking MMS? i.e. an orange or > maybe a vit c supplement or something of that nature? thanks a million you > guys, sam >
