I took MMS for about a month, very slowly getting up to about 8 drops, then loaned my bottle to a friend to see if her brushing with it would change her dentist's mind about her mouth health. And then I got slow about ordering more, so I've been off it two weeks.Meanwhile, I started a new exercise program several months before starting MMS.The time I was on MMS I slowly lost 3 or 4 pounds. But maybe it's a delayed loss from the exercise? Or a change of eating? The timing is suggestive it could have been MMS, especially since there has been no more weight loss after I stopped taking it.Is loss of excess weight a known "side effect" of taking MMS?
