If you would actually read what I posted,

I said that your original post was attributed to be from s Hopkins.

was incorrect; it was not from s Hopkins. 

When an article or post starts out with a

lie or a gross error of this type, then the material subsequently presented becomes

suspect.

Where did it originate from?  Who wrote

it?  What part of it is true?  What was their motivation?  How do you decide if

there is anything behind it, how can you trust it?

So, that is my objection.  If you want to

go beyond that, and support some of the information in that post, I have no

problem with that.  But the original post, as it stands, is bogus.  That’s

as far as I went, that’s as far as I’m going.

In the first place, eating is the need to grant our body

the sufficient minerals, vitamins, trace elements, and fiber. Food is what we give our body, the

necessary substances to live. Let us then take our nutrients with the

idea that these are the ones that permit us to live. So, denatured and

dead food (meaning by this fast-food and junk-food) cannot be included

within the list of nutrients. Thus, it can be said very clearly:

semi-luxury food can also be a part of the nutrients. A healthy way of

living does not mean to renounce pleasures. The goal of the Therapeutic

House Keymer is not to turn anyone into a health slave, but it

is important to consider the individual given facts.

One of the most frequent hidden

individual causes of chronic diseases are food allergies. The problem with

food allergies is that the reaction to a food allergen, especially in

basic foodstuff allergies, is completely different from the reaction

we know from other allergies, for example hay fever. Decisive is that

allergic reactions to hay fever may occur immediately after contact

(sneezing, coughing, itching eyes, itching skin), while food allergies

sometimes are silent and at other times show symptoms that at first

seem unrelated to the problem, such as stomach ache, for example, or a

sensation of nausea, weakness or other similar symptoms. But these are

also related to some diseases (as for example, neurodermatitis,

psoriasis, and rheumatic complaints) which, at first, are not

associated with a food allergy. But the reactions in the body take

place, meaning that vital

life energy is constantly being used to combat the

allergy.

Many diseases are maintained by a food allergy, as for example

migraine, chronic or recurrent bladder inflammations, itching skin,

anal fissures, acne vulgaris, and pain symptoms of any kind, to name a

few. The discovery of an allergic food substance is possible by using

the services of a trained bioenergetic

therapist, who, by using a bioenergetic

testing method and applying the invers oscillation

of the allergen through the bioresonance

therapy apparatus, will recognise very fast and with certainty these

Pork Meat

For the Therapeutic House Keymer, there is only one strong

rule, and this is the prohibition of pork meat consumption. This

prohibition is for the therapy period and also for the time after it.

The pork meat prohibition is a condition for getting well and

also maintaining this well-being. This includes the

" beloved " pork cutlet as well as everything else that

contains pork, such as pork sausage, pork fat (included, for example,

in calf-liver sausage or turkey sausage), pork drippings, and also

ham and bacan, as well as Parma ham (which is also made out of

pork, because there is no Parma animal). Even gelatine and also

sometimes skin-care products contain traces of pork fat.

Why is this absolute pork meat prohibition so imperative? The answer

is: pork is highly toxic (highly poisenous) for human beings, for

several reasons:

First of all, pork meat contains a high

percentage of fat. Pork meat is the only animal meat that also has

fat inside the cell. (Normally, the fat is only found within the

fatty tissues.) That is the reason why we can also bake a pork roast

in its own juice, even if the meat was bought completely without fat.

Pork meat also has a very high amount of

cholesterol. The human body needs cholesterol to fulfill certain

tasks, for example, to build up cell membranes, but too high amounts

of cholesterol lead to cholesterol sedimentation in the blood vessel

walls, a prerequisite for arteriosclerosis.

Pork meat has a very bad protein structure

and therefore also a very high decay rate. It rapidly goes to a

putrefaction stage. The putrefaction products that develop in this

process affect considerably the intestine, lymph, blood, liver, and

all the organs that have to do with detoxification, and also all

elimination organs. The fast putrefaction can easily be seen and

proven by leaving out a piece of this kind of meat at body

temperature (about 37°C) with a high humidity rate (as in the

intestines), for about 48 hours (intestine passing period).

So it is not strange that in some warm regions of the world, pork

meat is not to be found at the butcher. The fact that in many

countries there is a religious prohibition to pork-meat consumption

then appears to be a prohibition with a very practical background.

Pork meat has a very negative effect on the connective tissue

structure. The connective tissue has the task of maintaining the body

as a whole structure. The water that is absorbed by the connective

tissue is held by small molecular compounds, the so-called

mucopolysaccharides that for the most part contain sulphur. The more

mucopolysaccharides are present in the connective tissue, the more

water is held and the more swollen it is. Pork meat is highly

sulphurous therefore high pork meat consumption leads to depositing

high amount of these sulphurous compounds in the connective tissue.

The connective tissue absorbs water like a sponge. This damages the

collagen and elastic fibers a great deal and causes them to age in a

short time.

As these sulphurous compounds are organ-specific, it can be

recognised which pork meat a certain person likes the best:

abdomen/bacon, back/bacon, neck/chops and ham. Unwanted fat

accumulations on the buttocks and on the thighs are mostly due to ham

fat.

These mucous substances contained in pork

meat are also accumulated in the tendons, ligaments and cartilage of

the musculoskeletal system. As a result, this tissue swells up, it

becomes soft and less resistant. Tendons and ligaments overstretch

more easily. They are not longer capable to withstand the strains,

and the cartilage degenerates. The development of ligament problems,

rheumatism, arthritis, and intervertebral disk damage is often

related to the consumption of pork products.

Pork meat is rich in growth hormones, an

effect that not only contributes to fast growth in children up to

puberty, but also has an important effect on adults. An excess of

growth hormones supports infections and tissue swelling, besides

other problems. Due to the fact that pork meat supports all kinds of

growing processes, it also contributes to the development and growth

of cancer cells.

Pork meat also has a high histamine

concentration, the highest to be found in meat animals. Histamine is

a highly effective tissue hormone and plays a special part in the

violent reactions of allergic persons. So pork meat promotes allergic

processes from hay fever and asthma to skin allergies and

neurodermatitis, etc. Histamine also supports infectious processes

like abscesses, furuncles, carbuncles, intestinal inflammations, vein

inflammations, infectious skin diseases, and eczema formations. In

every stress problem there is a histamine release, which promotes the

negative appearance of stress problems; and as a consequence

surpasses the reasonable stress level, causing problems like stomach

aches, heart arrhythmia, and heart infarct.

Particularly due to the massive production

of this animal, pigs have become very stressed animals. In the past,

pigs were robust animals. Our grandparents knew that it was possible

to ride on a pig, but these days the back of a pig can no longer

support all that weight. Pigs suffer from massive stress, a high

adrenaline release, and with heart attacks. This is known in every pig

breeding farm. Because of their high sensitivity , they constantly

need to be inoculated and treated and filled up with antibiotics,

sedatives and other medications, the residues of which are then

surely present in their meat.

Altogether, we can say that the pig is a sick and contaminated animal, and

this is the reason the therapists from the Therapeutic House Keymer

strictly prohibit the consumption of pork meat for the remainder of the

patient's life.

Death lies inside the

intestines!

This old saying comes from the medical master Paracelsus. Actually,

the intestine is one of the most important switching centers in our

body. It not only serves to break down our nutrition, but it is also

the most important organ for the stimulation of our immune system. It

defines The " lively " state of our immune system and it is

our biggest detoxification organ.

Intestinal functioning has a direct relationship to a possibly optimal

complement of bacterial colonisation inside the intestine. This

bacterial colonisation guarantees optimal intestinal functioning.

The breaking down of nutrition succeeds by

good chewing and then essentially by the so-called digestive enzymes

that are produced by the pancreas, stomach mucous and the small

intestine mucous. A correspondingly trained therapist is able to

identify to what extent malfunctioning problems may be present in the

pancreas, the stomach mucous or the small intestine mucous. Optimal

enzyme activity (digestive juices contain enzymes that break up the

nutrition components so that they can be absorbed by the mucous

membrane and thus be at the disposal of the body) is connected to a

stress-free intestinal situatio (here the most disturbing factors are

food allergy stresses) and a constant stimulation of digestive juices

production (reduced by fast food and junk food and denatured

nutrition). Also bacteria that belong in the intestine play a main

role in exploiting the chyme in an optimum manner.

The bacterial colonisation with eubacteria

(eubacteria intestinal flora: the normal, healthy, physiological

bacterial flora in the intestine) leads to a steady stimulation of

our immune system. Faulty bacteria (so-called dysbacteria), lead to a

reduction in the immune stimulation with an accompanying irritation

in the intestine. This again causes a restriction

of the enzyme activity and an environmental change in the intestine,

especially a change in the pH value, and an activity reduction in the

capability breaking up the chyme. As a result, this reduces the

capacity of the immune system, and leads thus to a greater

susceptibility to infections, as well as to a general reduction in the

activities against toxic substances (for example, environmental

poisons). This then causes lower amounts of toxic substances to be

eliminated, which results in an accumulation of toxins in the

tissues, that in turn - like a vicious circle - effect negatively the

vital

energy.

It is also well known in medicine these days that a good-functioning

and awakened immune system acts positively upon our whole psychic

situation. So in many cases, restlesness, ill feelings, depression,

and lethargy are a consequence of a severe dysbacteria of the

intestinal flora.

The intestine ist our biggest detoxification

organ.

The capability of eliminating toxins from the body through the

intestine and finally through the stool is connected to an awakened

and capable immune system (see B), and the exchange of toxic

substances with the normal physiological bacterial flora. In case of

a severe intestinal regulation problem, we are dealing with a very

restricted detoxification activity through the intestine. This leads

to a higher stress situation of the other detoxification organs:

liver, gall bladder, kidneys, bladder and skin. Many acute symptoms

like acne, comedos, and also the development of chronic kidney

diseases (for example, nephritic syndrome) - all of these are caused

by failing intestinal functions that lead to lower detoxification

activity.

Therefore, assessment of the intestine situation through a trained

therapist, is a central task in the diagnosis

process. The intestinal clean up to be followed is carried out

through corresponding intestine

symbionts.

This intestine rehabilitation is to be strictly followed by the

patient to then be able to follow an effective detoxification and

immune stimulation therapy.

Sugar

Refined and denatured white sugar has negative effects on the normal

physiological intestinal bacteria. These bacteria react to the

denatured sugar with growth inhibition, especially the so very

important coli bacteria. The consequence is a location change of the

bacterial colonisation, as already explained under 4.). The

" parking lots " that are now available may then be occupied

by bacteria that do not belong to the intestine, which then leads to

the fact that sugar is indirectly responsible for causing a

putrefaction and fermentation process as already described under point

6). An intestinal

rehabilitation can only be effective if sugar is

taken out of the normal feeding habits for a long period of time so as

to be able to create a change of environment in the intestine.

All this is especially related to refined sugar (i.e., white sugar and

brown sugar). Sugar contained in fruits is in its natural form, and

thus does not play any role in this problem. Honey is also allowed.

Even if the bees are fed with sugared water, the passage through the

bee's body activates biologically the sugar. Sweeteners should be

eliminated from the diet because they seem to have a direct

relationship with cancer activation.

Sugar consumption should be controlled even after intestine

rehabilitation. First of all, it is known that sugar is a vitamin and

mineral robber and that it also contributes to the formation of

caries. The main problem for this holistic sugar stress is surely the

frequency of sugar consumption. In the morning in the marmalade, at

lunch in the dessert, in the afternoon in a piece of cake to go with

the coffee, and at noon in a little snack, and at any time in another

little something. Sugar is always involved. This continuous sugar

consumption, even if consumed in small quantities, leads to a steady

sweetening of the intestinal environment and consequently to constant

intestinal stress.

If, howeverm, you eat at one time a whole chocolate bar and leave then

the sugar out of your diet for some days, this problem is of no

importance.

The problems that develop from a deficient digestion (enzyme

weakness, see 4. B) depend on the weakness of the particular enzyme

group.

If the enzyme problem refers especially to a

weak digestion of carbohydrates (bread, vegetables, vegetables and

raw fruit, etc.), it will also be noticed in the fermentation

metabolism, because then the long- chained carbohydrates cannot be

broken down by the enzymes, and they reach the lower layers of the

intestine, layers where they do not belong. Due to the length of

their stay, these carbohydrates turn into an alcoholic fermentation.

Highly poisonous fusel oil develops, like ethyl alcohol and methyl

alcohol, among others. This fusel oil is absorbed by the body and

ends up in the liver where it is detoxified and causes liver damage.

Much liver damage develops less from the pleasure of drinking some

alcohol (beer, wine, etc.), than from the fusel oil in the intestine.

The toxicity of these fusel oils in comparison to the normal alcohol

is measured by a factor of 20, so a brandy-glass full of this fusel

oil is equally as damaging for the liver as if 20 glasses of a clear

and clean alcohol like " Doppelkorn " (a type of schnapps)

are drunk. The symptoms of a chronic fermentation stress are a

tendency to pale skin, yellow sclera of the eyes, unhealthy face

color, general listlessness, tiredness, low performance, and

concentration problems.

Another problem is that with primarily intestinal fermentation the

bacterial colonisation in the intestine changes, causing the

development of a bacterial flora that loves fermentation. That is how

the problem becomes manifest.

If the enzyme defect concerns animal

protein, the animal proteins are not sufficiently digested. They then

also go into the lower layers of the intestine where they do not

belong, and due to their length of stay, they cause putrefaction

processes. These putrefaction processes are also highly toxic for the

organism. Colloquially these putrefaction processes are called ,

animal alkaloid. Also, these putrefaction products are absorbed by

the body. They have a special poisonous effect upon the liver and

they damage the nervous system.

Classical symptoms of a putrefaction dyspepsia are, again, weakness,

concentration difficulties, forgetfulness, a general ill-feeling

sensation and listlessness, but also neurological pain, headaches,

migraines, rheumatic diseases, many kinds of depression, skin

problems like acne, and abscesses, etc., as well as chronic kidney

diseases.

The problem with putrefaction becomes evident through spreading

putrefactive bacterial flora. An experienced therapist can speedily

determine possible intestinal putrefaction or fermentation by bioenergetic

test methods and recommend appropriate dietetic

measures. Here too particular intestinal

clean-up is necessary.

Our body

weight naturally depends on the way we lead our life. Both

being overweight as well as underweight are very damaging to our body

due to the fact that in these situations all the organs are affected.

Being underweight is mostly a consequence of a deficiency in breaking

down nutrition (as described above), or it has to do with physical

problems that may, for example, be caused through the intestine (see

fermentation and putrefaction). Being overweight, on the other hand,

requires reducing. This overweight problem should be discussed with

the therapist, taking into consideration adequate weight

control possibilities.

A main condition

for optimal functioning of man's

steady state is a sufficient amount of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

This necessary amount is, as a rule, mostly provided in the nutrients

we consume. Unfortunately, the problem is that the quality of the

nutrients we consume has become notoriously deficient. A comparison

study of the years 1986 to 1995 will demonstrate

this fact.

The price we now pay for the intensive agriculture that we have been

employing for many years is the impoverishment of the soil. It does

not contain the vital substances as before. This refers not only to

classical agriculture but also to ecological agriculture. A further

problem is that these vitamins, minerals and trace elements can only

be released from the chyme if the nutrients can be broken down

correspondingly (see point 2., 4b). If this is not the case, then the

supply of vitamins, minerals and trace elements is of no use. One last

thing is that we have a tremendous increase of environmental poisons.

Many vitamins, minerals, and trace elements work upon these

environmental toxins by binding them and rendering them inoffensive.

As these environmental toxins are also consumed with the food we eat,

the ingested and released vitamins, minerals and trace elements react

with these environmental noxae already in the intestine, and in the

end they are of no use to the organism.

Therefore, a substitution of orthomolecular

substances, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements is

sometimes essential.

Which orthomolecular substances are to be taken in which proportions is

easily established by a trained natural healing therapist, hand-in-hand

with the bioenergetic tests. The orthomolecular substances also need to be bio-available.
