MSM [not MMS] little known side effects.

MSM [not MMS] has pretty much been advertised as having no side effects...yet I had side effects while taking it...even at taking half doses of the recommended dosage. My joints hurt...I had nausea, headaches and worst of all anxiety attacks at night. It turns out I am not the only one after all.I Googled MSM side effects and got this from Earth Clinic, MSM cures and little known side effects. One thing I found out...if you are allergic to Sulfa drugs you should not take MSM. Coincidentally I am highly allergic to Sulfa drugs. I have never read this could be a problem with MSM. It also appears more women than men have allergic reactions to Sulfa Drugs and should think twice before using MSM.I realize MSM is a miracle product for some but I have practically been called me a liar for claiming I had side effects to claiming I had bought an inferior product. Now it turns out I was right as are many others who have side effects.It is imperative we do our research when taking any kinds of so called "natural" miracle products...if you don't, you might do more harm than good.Sandy
