Guest guest
How long do you have to make it happen? Bone spurs are caused by free blood calcium, so you need magnesium. I had one on my heel and the magnesium did the trick... transdermal is the way to go. But supplements take awhile. That cutting into tendons does not sound good. Also, the orthoscopic does not sound that bad... scrape it down... then you go with the supplement to keep it from reoccurring. The allopaths are not always bad. Donna wrote: I've been better. Guest guest
Jim, Thanks so much for the info. I was treated for parathyroid and had to have one removed from a tumor on it and that is the way they discovered it I was losing calcium in my bones (still am as I have Osteoporosis) but calcium was very high in my blood so maybe that is why I have developed spurs? Guest guest
You have it, Donna! You need to research this yourself, but the fault is not an inadequate supply of calcium. It is with absorption of calcium... and magnesium is the way to get there. Oral magnesium is inadequate. Transdermal is the only method of delivery worth consideration. There is a very good, but expensive, book available on this by Dr. Mark Sircus. However, the bottom line is to rub magnesium oil or gel into your skin after you shower when the pores are open. It feels good, but leaves you feeling a bit oily for a few minutes... much like after swimming in the Ocean (for the same reason). That quickly disappears as you absorb it into your body and is gone in less than 1/2 hour. However, there is no oil in magnesium gel or oil. Donna wrote: Jim, Thanks so much for the info. Guest guest
Donna, I've read that magnets can get rid of bone spurs. I've never had a spur, so can't verify that for you. But I have used magnets to heal a deep wound on my shin that threatened to become a diabetic ulcer... Good Luck, Gaele. [ ] Bone spur I've been better. Guest guest
Dear Donna, I remember someone talking about bone spurs last year. Have you heard of ORMUS? Since this is off topic I will forward the person's post to your email if that is all right with you. Best wishes, Jill --- In , Donna <dscroggs44646@...> wrote: > > I've been better. I agree - and you can make your own magnesium oil from nigari (just google it) much cheaper than buying magensium oil...

Guest guest
No I hadn't heard of it but if not covered by my insurance I wouldn't be able to afford it. ORMUS is powerful stuff, but there are a lot of charlatans in the field selling garbage because it is very lucrative (properly made ORMUS is very expensive)... I think there are far safer (and cheaper) ways to get rid of bone spurs, and the mag oil is probably your best bet...
