Guest guest
Hi Sue again, did a niacin flush last nite --- too much at once around 200mg boy did i look like a tomato.(i'm only 100 lbs) It scared me but at the same time I want to know more about it. Is it revealing to where the fungus, bacterial issues are most haboring? Anotherwords if you really flush heavy in some areas this indicate more disease there or less. Like my calves which are so cold flushed some but were spotted but not so intensely red like the niaxin couldn't get so deeply. My mom had varicose veins, my dad died of a massive heart attack age 47 so wondering if there is some blood flow issues to legs. It was intense on my face, knees, neck, torso. legs. Guys/Gals ++Have you every just looked down at your body and felt peppered with disease. --I try not to dwell there - I so want to go "here I am"...please fix me" and tell mewhen I can expect to be well and I'll hang in. Actually I just look in the mirror because I detox through my skin (acne) , white heads gunk surfacing and oozeing continually since I was 14 now 47. (sorry for the graphics and details, I honestly have no one to share this with other than my husband). God bless his loyalty. Anybody have more experience thoughts on niacin? sue
Guest guest
Dear Sue, That was hilarious hearing about being as red as a tomato! The bottle of (flushing) niacin that I have, made by Solgar, recommends only 100 mg per day! But even 100 mg turned my wife as red as a beet. Like you, the flushing was minimal in the extremities, especially her feet. Niacin not only aids circulation, but is antifungal, so keep it up (albeit in lesser quantities). from Israel --- In , " Sue Cato " <sue.cato@...> wrote: > > Hi > Sue again, did a niacin flush last nite --- too much at once around 200mg > > boy did i look like a tomato.(i'm only 100 lbs) It scared me but at the same time I want to know more about it. > > Is it revealing to where the fungus, bacterial issues are most haboring? Guest guest
I've heard that Niacin alone in high doses can cross the blood/brain barrier and it is best to gradiently apply that as a program combined with vitamin/mineral supplementation. The last " Niacin Flush " I did was when I was in the Church of Scientology and went through their " Purification " Program. It was great, but I was supervised the whole time. It really cleaned me out. BTW, so I don't get any hate mail, I'm not a member of that church and I am only relating this because it worked for me, and seems like a sensible way to do a Niacin Flush. Please don't everyone run to the nearest Church of Scientology to get one, I don't recommend going through all that hassle :-) love, Colleen
Guest guest
The niacin flush is a normal histamine reaction to niacin. You're reading too much into it. As your body acclimates to the dosage, it will diminish. Chuck Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
