capsule size

Hi anyone,

I'm trying to find the Dimensions of the correct size capsule for MMS2

Or perhaps the mass required per MMS2 dose

Then the picture on that page of the Size Zero and Size One shows Size

Zero smaller than Size One. ??

But :

at http://www.spicediscounters.com/linkcapsules.html

shows capsules smaller for higher numbers viz Size 0 is bigger than Size

1. Pictures and Dimensions and Text are given.

So? Which capsule size is correct. ? Dimensions please.

Or more specifically What dose mass (milligrams) is correct?

I have some capsules but the packet doesn't say what Size. The dimensions

are 21.3mm long x 7.2 mm (smaller) diameter. Length with the parts pushed

in together. ( that is .84 " x .28 " dia )

The picture at linkcapsules.html Caption says

Item #F13-Gelatin Capsule " 0 "

Length 0.854 Inches.

Diameter 0.300 Inches.

So it looks like I have some of these. Yes?
