Remove it and see if she improves.

Maybe it's the Calcium.

Calcium causes all kinds of problems for my son.

If it has flavors/colors, it might be that.

My son was calcium toxic, so giving him any calcium caused problems.

Hi ,

The 200 mg of oral magnesium is fine, and could even be raised to 400 mg

(assuming no loose bowels). As Jim pointed out, most of us already have too much

calcium in our systems, so the calcium citrate is unnecessary. The best ratio of

calcium to magnesium appears to be between 1:1 and 1:2. Try taking the magnesium

without the calcium.

supplement?  Am currently taking 200mg magnesium citrate and 1000mg calcium

citrate.  Is this a good ratio?  I suffer from horrible leg cramps often most

specially when i was out of magnesium for a few days.  I sprayed magnesium oil

and it stopped.  Now have my mag pills and am ok.

I use liquid Magnesium (gel works fine too) under my arms...I also rub it on my

tummy. It works great as a deodorant. I never, never use regular deodorant and

the Mag. goes right into the system. However, when you first start using it, it

will sting a bit but not bad unless you've just shaved under arms. I also use C.

Silver...works great and you don't get the other chemicals in your system. -Biz

From what I understand, if you take Calcium, Magnesium is a must.

Magnesium 'sets' the Calcium in the proper places like bones, teeth, etc. and

without the proper amount of Mag. the Calcium will go into the soft tissue.

I've wondered about the people who take Calcium blockers for heart, etc.

perhaps it is because they haven't used Mag. with it. Also, I have a Cal.

deposit in one of my lungs that I'd like to find a way to dissolve. Anyhow, now

I make sure I take plenty of Mag., I've put it on my feet...the soles of the

feet will absorbe it (or anything else) and it goes right into the system. I use

a lot of liquid supplements transdermally. Works for me. -Biz
