Guest guest
Do you ever start to reply and then totally forget what you were going to say? Well I forgot part of what I meant to say - so here I go now that I remembered! LOL Tawny, I think I have had RA most of my life too - I had Rheumatic Fever when I was 9 years old and the doctors told my parents that all it left me with was a bit of arthritis.... They were so happy that nothing happened with my heart that they said we could deal with the arthritis. Since then, my knees have always cracked like an old persons and my hands have always given me pain - the older I have gotten the worse the pain is.......I remember when I was in seventh grade - my handwriting had gotten so bad (I was always very sick in my growing up years - I missed a lot of school - the doctors always put it off to the flu, bronchitis, ect..) Anyway, my Daddy happened to buy me a wider barreled ink pen with a medium point and suddenly with that pen I was able to write in my normal handwriting - all I needed was a bit of an aid to correct my penmanship....To this day I use a medium point, wider barreled pen. After I became a Mom (at 19) I had a lot of unexplained pain - the doctors had no idea what was going on....now I wish I'd pushed them to find out what was wrong - but I was young, had a new baby and was in an abusive marriage - the doctors saw a lot of other reasons why I had so much pain.... As the years went by, raising my kids, I got rid of the abusive husband - remarried and still had a lot of pain - I used to cover my hands in BenGay, IcyHot and then that Capiscan cream when it came out. I'd leave it on for 15 minutes - enough to let it soak in good and the go wash it off so I wouldn't transfer it to the kids... That is how I functioned as a Mom... I had migraines too - and though it was terrible to have to go get a shot for them, at least it knocked the other pain out for awhile. So, now that I am to this point in life, I think I also have had this disease most of my life... maybe it was the fact that I was in a small town area - you had to drive at least 100 miles to see a city doctor - or maybe it was also that my parents didn't have a lot of money - I nearly put them into bankruptcy when I had the Rheumatic Fever. And I didn't get well after that..... Today I am hurting pretty bad - but not near as bad as you and Kerry - but I've been reflecting a bit (I saw the doctor for the evaluation for Medicaid today) and of course he doesn't know me - and he sort of gave me that look " but you don't look sick " - I had my daughter with me and she spoke up at what I can no longer do..... sometimes she'd answer the questions before me because she wanted him to know I cannot do anything by myself anymore apart from use the bathroom and take a shower -and sometimes I need help in the shower. I keep thinking it will get better - it will get better - and I keep praying for the Medicaid to be approved - I've seen that one Rheumy and he is anxious for me to come back with Medicaid coverage so we can get started on treatment.... I am anxious too... Even my joints in my jaw hurt!!! LOL Is this enough whining or what? I really AM thankful that I do not live alone and that my daughter is so helpful. I am thankful that I can walk and hold my granddaughter - and enjoy the day - even if it is more observing it rather than being involved in it.... This reply started out as saying " I've think I've been sick most of my life too " and here you have a LONG story..... forgive me.... I just don't have anyone else to say these things too that understand.. my daughter is good to try - but she has a husband, new baby - house to keep - mother to help.... I am so thankful for this group - Ya'll have been a lifeline for me.... (((((((((((((((((Tawny)))))))))))))))))) (((((((((((((((((Kerry)))))))))))))))))))) I am praying for less pain for you both and that you will feel better soon... Guest guest
Tawny: Sorry I can't offer you much other than my sympathy and prayers, which you certainly have. The pills made me sick, but I can take the injections with no problem. Everyone is different. Perhaps you should ask your dr. about switching back to pills or trying another option other than MTX. in Texas tdianaok <tdianaok@...> wrote: I took the mtx injection Monday night, and Tuesday I had to stay in bed all day. Guest guest
Tawny, I am so sorry that you are going through this. I just started feeling the side eeffects from the MTX pills last Friday. Please tell me why I thought Thursday nights would be a good time to take them? I take 4 pills on Thursdays, and I am weak and tired...I can't imagine how horrible the shots must be. To add to it....since my job is over, my daughter is out of daycare wednesdays and Fridays...so I have a 14mo old w/ no energy tomorrow. I hope she takes a long nap! Guest guest
I am feeling a little better, except for my joints. I wish the steroid shot would kick in, they told me it takes about 24 hrs, and so not sure what to think. I have always taken the mtx, usually on Saturday night, right before I go to sleep. I was late taking it, waiting to hear what the doc wanted to do, so took it Monday, not a good idea:( I need to try to get back on my weekend schedule. I hope after awhile, the side effects won't be too bad. Make sure you take your folic. Is there anyone that can help you with the kids, just for a little while? I know it's hard for you. My youngest is almost 13, but my granddaughter is almost 15 months, so I feel for the mom's out there. She wears me out when she visits, it's been a long time since I've had a baby around:) I will keep you in my prayers, Tawny PS:Thanks for listening. I was started on Lukavoren ( I'm am not sure thats the name but I know I spelled it wrong ) Its a long acting form or Folic acid. Anyway I still feel tired with a bit of nausea but that is only the day I take it and the diarrhea has improved alot. I have to say that I cant tell a difference hy hands and knees still hurt like hell. Hope the Embrel kicks in soon. I added a Darvocet to my am and afternon meds. Guest guest
Dear Sue, We'll be praying for you. As we are older, we have become aware of some of man's maladies, the primary one being the accumulation of fungus. My wife is presently eliminated a prolific amount of fungus (candida and plantar's warts) from her feet and ankles. Previously, she could not keep her feet warm. Her hands were also cold, but not anymore since she has taken iodine and antifungals. I highly recommend taking 50 mg/day of Lugol's iodine, working up to that level over a period of weeks or months. Stay at 50 mg/day for three months for whole body saturation, then drop down to a maintenance dose of 13 mg/day, approximately. Some excellent antifungals are tumeric, cat's claw, pau d'arco, black walnut hulls, elecampane, and barberry. I've made tinctures of them from powders, as this is the least expensive option. I am presently using them to get rid of thrush on my tongue, by holding the antifungals in my mouth. So far, some of the white spots are disappearing. I thought about trying MMS1 for this, but it is not necessary. I first discovered I had thrush (hidden below the surface) after eating banana chips, which are also quite anti-fungal. Try to eliminate anything that has yeast or sugar in it - it feeds fungus. Use Stevia to sweeten drinks. from Israel --- In , " Sue Cato " <sue.cato@...> wrote: > > Hi Group, > being following this grp since I got some MMS. Would liek to send you the healing scriptures I copied from the back of the book from Womack. Also, he has a tape of a lady quoting the healing scriptures at www.awmi.net on audios. He has the best teaching on healing around. Â I found that soaking that word up builds your faith up. Then the annointing comes, and that is when you get it! Guest guest
Hi all! I just was able to get back on the internet. I may have to wait to send the scriptures when I get home but hopefully I can find them on my daughter's computer to send. Â OK, ya''ll want to hear some testimonies so will try and relate some and don't forget that I am still learning, ok? Â My daughter when about 5 or 6 yrs old, walked to the altar when they called for the elders of the church to annoint with oil and pray the prayer of healing ( 5:14) I believe. I was back about 6 rows with my hands raised and eyes closed when she went forth on her own (she had been sitting in the front with the children). I saw Jesus walk across the podium, passing up a dozen others and stood right in front of , raising his arms and putting his hands over her ears. It shocked me and I opened my eyes and the pastor was standing in front of her with his hands placed just where Jesus placed them!!! And he prophesied to her and all I could hear was she was HIS child (which I have reminded the Lord many times) LOL Could go on further about her and addiction to pain pills due to doctors and operations on her leg and ankle. If anything, that about killed me. Â She was immediately healed and had gone to visit my mother in law and stupid me said to myself, oh I forgot to send her medicine. She was allergic to everything and very sickly as a child. She went for about 2 weeks, came home and had gained 10 pounds as she could eat everything! Been gaining ever since (overwt). She is 41 yrs old now. Â I have seen many healed and miracles, but there has been a lack of enough proper teachings on what Jesus paid for at the cross and knowing our authority in the Word. I was one that was running to any person with the healing gift hoping she would be healed and you see what happened! A child's faith! Â I recently discovered one hugh way I was missing it! Please listen to this series; especially the one that says Speak to the Mountain. http://www.awmi.net/extra/audio/1042Â I was recently at a revival where my old pastor from Dallas was speaking and this elderly lady (a pastor's wife) sat down right beside me and I almost said oh these seats are saved as we had invited lots of people, but I didn't and she told me she didn't think she would get to come as she had pneumonia! I thought, oh boy, and you are sitting right next to me!! Well, during the service, the annointing hit me and I slapped her on her chest and said pneumonia, BE GONE! in Jesus Name and that was it. Hey, I am a bashful person normally, really!! I couldn't believe I did that, but later when he was praying for people, he called her up and prayed over several things wrong as He operates in the gifts. He never called out pneumonia and I knew it was taken care of. When she sat back down she told me that when I prayed for her the pneumonia left! Really, I was not surprised except for me hitting her in the chest! It is all in the annointing that comes so next step is to get that annointing which I believe is in the Word; planting the seed and having in your heart and the other person also. Then Jesus just meets them, so we must move beyond believing the other person can do it. But, BOY, when two are in agreement! the devil cannot stand it! Â I don't want to take up too much time here but always willing to pray, teach, whatever as GOD called and chose me, I did nothing and take no credit for anything. Just a hungry soul wanting to help many in bondage. My biggest burden now is how to help the tormented and abused, to set them free! Would like to hear comments from you all and think it is wonderful that you do reach out for prayer knowing and recognizing our GOD ALMIGHTY! Gonna take the strong annointing to get through all coming. I choose the Kingdom of God not the kingdom of mammon or the world! They have the evil, but think about all that JESUS is going to be doing! Â Love ya all, Leelee as known when on radio with my friend who actually has the gift of healing! Guest guest
Sue I am no doctor but can tell you from my own experience the cold feet for me was lyme disease. The doctor thought sugar that came back negative, the lyme test positive. Lyme test can be negative and still be infected. After months of the MMS1 and being VERY ILL I have healed tremendously. Hang in there back off the drops but try and keep some in the system. Good Luck Marie --- In , " Sue Cato " <sue.cato@...> wrote: > > Hi Group, > being following this grp since I got some MMS. Half of my face is swollen up, and my lymph glands/tonsil. My lower jaw, teeth, and tongue are in extreme pain. My ear is also sore and my throat is raw. I have completely lost my voice as of yesterday. This morning my eyes were stuck shut and gunky. I have had many sinus infections in the past but nothing remotely compares to this one. I believe I retraced one last month that lasted a day or two and was gone. This started with a cold and is getting worse. I don't know what to do. I am terrified of taking antibiotics. I broke down and started to take ibuprofin for pain because I can't stand it and cannot sleep or have anything touch my face. White Willow Bark doesn't even touch it. I have been doing snizzle treatments probably every few hours. Got a bad nose bleed once. I am doing hot compresses, ascorbic acid nose drops, and have done a lesser version of the vit c regimen totaling about 8000mg a day. I am also drinking the garlic tea with two cloves of garlic, sea salt and 2 tbs chicken fat. I am not straining the garlic out but drinking them down crushed. I feel like I am loosing this battle. Any advice etc.? Been on the diet since June 2009. I really want to win this because everyone else in my family with this has gone to the doc and are on antibioics already. I did go to the doc today and got some too but really don't want to take them.I feel like my efforts to heal will be in vain. Help? +++Hi Heidi, First please ensure you are following the program accurately and consistently, i.e. taking all of the supplements and not cheating, as well as not taking any hormones, birth control pills, drugs, etc. (except for small amounts of pain killer). Stress also weakens your body. If you are sure about that, then you can be assured your body is doing what it needs to do in order to heal and detoxify itself, whether it is because of retracing or not. In any case, there are no quick fixes, and antibiotics are poisonous so they will interfere with healing. Don't try to do too much either, since it will overwhelm your body and slow its ability to heal itself, i.e. don't eat the crushed garlic, and only do vitamin C snizzles and not take extra vitamin C (do one or the other, since vitamin C in the sinuses increases its absorption 1,000 times over taking it by mouth). I suggest you do my 9-day Program to help you get through this: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php I understand how miserable it is, and I hope you get through this soon. Guest guest
Hi Heidi, I agree with Bee's advice. Just remind yourself that you are detoxifying. Keep in mind as to how good you'll feel once those toxins are out. If you suppress this detoxification process with antibiotics, they'll need to come out some other time. Better now than later. I know it's miserable but atleast your body is getting healthy enough to get rid of the the toxins. I understand your fear as I've gone through this with my sinus' and a tooth extraction site supposedly being infected. I've gotten through without antibiotics. Try some dry skin brushing and epsom salt baths as well. Hope this ends quickly for you. [ ] Re: Very sick > > Hello Bee, > I am very sick with a sinus infection. It's been 5 days now.
