O.K. I'll try my best

Nodules – The problem, iodine is a halide and is displaced by chlorine, fluorine

and bromine in the thyroid gland causing abnormal cell growth…cysts or nodules.

The thyroid gland signals the pituitary to put out TSH searching for iodine. The

situation is near epidemic because iodine has been replaced by bromine in the

breadmaking industry. The symporters become damaged, they are the mechanism to

get iodine into the cells. I'm taking 4 gms of VitC to heal them. Magnesium, 400

mg, Selenium 400mcg (the methyl type, I take that at night by itself), B2

riboflavin 100mg, B3 niacin 500mg B-12 1000mcg. these are the minimums due to

the thyroid chemistry & Kreb's cycle etc. I take Iodoral, 50 to 100 mg of

iodine, Lugol's drops are very affordable. Cysts of the brain and breast have

been healed using the above mentioned protocol, some brave women are reversing

breast cancer with iodine. Oh yea, after taking the iodine a salt flush is

necessary to push the bromine out, be prepared for horrendous body odor.

You need to do your homework and you can purchase your own lab work through

Direct Labs.

If you are fatigued or wake-up fatigued it could be adrenal use Dr Rimes temp

graphing to monitor the state of your adrenals. B5 feeds the adrenals.

Oops, I should've said I take 17 pills, but only 12 different supplements, I

also do E,A & D, NAC plus I can't do without HCL + Pepsin it helps with acidity

and I'm not upset taking the 17 pills. Some people use apple cider vinegar.

I planned and used my income tax return to purchase my initial 3 mo supply and

use a cupcake pan to sort them, if I take one day off a week, it'll last 2 weeks

so for me it works.

I did cleanse my bowel and NAC is for the liver and I made myself work to sweat,

bromine is a tough chemical to get out. Some people use borax to displace the

fluoride, that's my next step.

I had my daughter measure my nodules then again each month, it was one of these

checks that my daughter discovered my roots coming in thick and dark.

In June of this year the Docs wanted to cut out my thyroid, using the iodine

protocol one month later, the biggest nodule had started to shrink.

To get back to MMS, I " ve used it to knock out flu-colds-sickness in an instant

using one drop an hour for 3 hours and I never get sick.

You are allergic to the dye! Iodine is needed by every tissue of the body! Some
