My sisters are younger and are going through some of the challenges that I went through (ie. eating at college...) For the most part they are all macro.

I'm actually not surprised you strayed for awhile from macrobiotics - I think just knowing one way of life can be limiting (and generate a lot of curiosity). And I think MB is so wonderful because it is a conscious choice. You need to find your own path.As far as looking for alternative sources of support, I think it resonates with the idea of seeking knowledge in as many places as you can and synthesizing what works for you, your family and your personal needs.It's cliche, but it is about the journey.
