Guest guest
i have read that mms can be fairly caustic to the digestive system. which i dont need anymore problems with as i have gerd and hiatal hernia so i would think the hydrogen peroxide may be better to take for candida. any thoughts about this? bobm
Guest guest
HI, I had a hiatal hernia for many years. I took MMS from August to December of 2007.I can attest that I have no more seasonal allergies (usually October). I just sailed through my third October with no signs of allergies and I've had no more hiatal hernia problems. If you search Message # 5465 you'll find my post there. You can also search hiatal hernia and read the other posts. I always took MMS after eating. I was never nauseated and never threw up but I did experience a lot of gut discomfort and diarrhea. But, I stuck it out for five months and I sure can't complain about not having the allergies or the hiatal hernia for the last three years.
