A friend has been diagnosed with West Nile fever. The doctors tell her that there is no "cure " and she just has to wait until it passes out of her body.

It seems to me that she could do with something that would , at the very least, strengthen her immune system.

Anyone know anything about this disease and what she should be doing ?
