Here is a tasty salad I made yesterday - enjoyLove Zesty Red Cabbage SaladIngredients:1/2 red cabbage shredded1/2 cucumber (the english one) peeled and cut in matchsticks1/2 lettuce shredded1 tangerine with segments cut in halfSea saltDressing1 tablespoon white miso1 lemon, juicedFew drops shoyu1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice (optional)Preparation:Sprinkle cabbage with salt and mix by hand. Lightly press and leave for 20 minutes. Pour off any excess liquid and add the tangerine, lettuce and cucumber.Place ginger juice, miso, shoyu, and lemon juice into a small bowl and mix.Pour over salad and mix through. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
