patterns123 I have been interested in macrobiotics for some time,

but am usually confused about it's use. I would like to practice it

more, since I have some health issues.

vardaril2000 I've been macrobiotic before. I'm trying to get back to

us because when I'm not, I gain weight.

Since the macro queen is away at the moment, it leaves me as heir to

the throne as the co moderator to warmly welcome you all to the

group!

As the macro queen herself would say if she were here, please ask all

sorts of questions, know there are no stupid

ones and just when you think something you wonder may be stupid, read

what kind of things I ask about. :) Sort thru the archives, links,

posts, pix, polls, whatever. Feel free to add your own as long as

they are related to veganism, mb or health and

nutrition. If you have some neat business let us know.

has cybermacro.com which is DA BOMB please go check out his

sites, he has food, resources, cooking pots, anything you can think

of he's got. He wanted to let you new members know that he has

probably just about any macro book and all the macrobiotic staples

and cookware to aid you in your macrobiotic practice.

Please check out www.simply-natural.biz and be use the coupon

code " New " at checkout and get $5.00 off any order over $50.00

Two great members Simon Brown and Waxman have their books on

's site AND you can get your consultation by there too!

Ilanit's wonderful cookbook is there perfect for this time of year.

My friend has www.kidbean.com which is an entirely vegan,

safe for the environment fair labor web company. For $5 off your

order of $50 or more there use the coupon code macro5.

There is a GREAT cruise 5th annual macrobiotic cruise sailing next

year in March. Check out the site: www.atasteofhealth.org. It's my

friend Sandy's baby.

He and I have also started a new group specifically for the

cruise talk, if you're interested in joining, please let me know and

I'll send you an invite.

Peace,

Reggie the self proclaimed

Macro Queen

Hi Joan weren't you here before?

What type of things are you interested in changing? What is your life like now?

Maybe just

start with a fresh bowl of brown rice each day that you chew carefully as you

read Hip

Chicks or Macrobiotic Way?
