Hi Jill,

I bought the original kit with powder and citric acid activator. I am afraid of this stuff, and was just thinking, maybe follow water powder mixture instruction but don't put activator when taking it. I was wondering what side effect, if any, it would give me or if it would still having its healing qualities in the absence of the activator, citric acid.

Ok, i have to be careful with acids. How about coffee?

Thanks.

, if you dont use an activator you will not get the full effect of the MMS . As far as I know you will get little effect at all.The acid causes a chemical reaction thaat changes the MMS into chlorine dioxide. You must wait 3 minutes for the change to occur. The acid you use in the chemcal reaction should not effect your GERD/ acid reflux. However I would be very slow to ramp up to more drops if you have a delicate stomach.I couldnt go past 9 drops because I would get a stomach ache.

,

Thank you so much for your response. I tolerate lemon juice pretty well. So

Hi again ,

Like I said, since trying it without the acid activator I have come to the

conclusion that it will work anyway, just a lesser effect. I can tell the

feeling very well by now since I have been taking MMS1 off and on for over a

year now. I get a distinct feeling from it. It used to feel like an altered

state of consciousness to me and I had to take it at night because it was just

weird. I think a lot of people have some sort of reaction to it like this.

That being said, there is nothing to fear in my opinion if you are careful.

These folks who take the huge doses amaze me though because I get nausea and

diarrhea with anything over a few drops. Some of us in the beginning would try

only 1/2 drop doses per day. I think it is best to do twice per day if you can.

That way it is always fighting critters. Also, I believe you can drink the

lemon juice (my only activator) after you take the MMS1 in water so to avoid

that nasty smell and taste. Hope this helps.

Love,

Jill

Actually, Jim has determined that MMS is used up within an hour or two,

and for therapeutic purposes, you should take a dose every hour, or at a

minimum every two hours, for at least 8 hours a day - so minimum of 4

doses (one every two hours), preferwbaly 8 doses (one per hour).

Just curious...have you had a chance to look at Jim Humble's website? There is so much great information there, you may find answers to many of your questions. He lists the recommended protocols for both MMS1 and MMS2 which you may find helpful. The website is www.jimhumble.biz . I hope you will find this useful.

Jill

Thanks for your helpful tips specially on starting with very low dosage.
