Guest guest
Dear , I don't know if there is a test for this but there certainly some good books which explain it very well. " God's Way To Ultimate Health " by Malkmus and a video called " A Diet For All Reasons " by Klaper. M.D. We got the video from some friends who are involved with a vegetarian society. I know you can get it in America. (I'm in Australia.) Klaper is a doctor himself and he puts things in such an excellent way that it is easy to understand and makes so much sense. I personally have had a lot of improvement since getting off animal products. I used to get a lot of severe migraines and my circulation was terrible. I used to be numb down one side quite often. This has mostly gone. My severe hip pain and weakness has also improved dramatically. Malkmus's book explains that in countries where the consumption of animal products is high, so are the rates of osteoporosis and many other degenerative diseases. We are not told this by all the advertisers who want us to buy their dairy, eggs and meat products. Hope this helps, Rosemary. rheumatic Acidity > Hello everyone- I am a long time reader and first time poster.
