She is has Type 1 BPES, and has managed to become pregnant from egg donation IVF. She thought that people would like to know of her success. And she asked me to pass this on. Just to add – I spoke with one of the members of this group who is a doctor and she told me that women who have Type 1 BPES and no other complications would – in general – expect the same success rate as any other woman who is seeking to get pregnant by egg donation IVF. This is not to be confused with Type 1 women who wish to be pregnant with their own eggs, via IVF. (sorry if that was clumsy English).
