Collin. He is in Salt Lake City, Utah USA (Dr. Patel of the Moran Eye Center). I was unable to reach him today and hate to wait all weekend to learn anymore. I will persist on Monday but would love to hear from anyone that has had this surgery or knows more. Thanks
