Guest guest Posted June 24, 2007 Report Share Posted June 24, 2007 Hi Everyone, had her silicone sling operation back in January, but one of the top incisions never fully closed up, it remained red with a black piece of like thread sticking out. At a checkup apointment last week, our surgeon advised that she is going to have to re-do the operation in a few months time. Has anyone had to have their operation re-done? Our surgeon is not overly keen to do it, as she said that the results are great of the frontalis lift, and she is concerned having to re-do it.. But we have to, as the remaining opening is causing to get low grade infections, so we need to get it fixed. Just wondering if this happened to anyone else that had the silicone slings done?
