Guest guest
Hi Patti This article is considered the most comprehensive regarding genetic issues. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bookshelf/br.fcgi?book=gene & part=bpes There is a section on Prenatal Testing about half way down the web site. I hope you find this useful. I understand that there is a 50/50 chance that a pregnancy will result in a BPEI baby from a BPEI parent...If the disorder (as Kent Small's research found) is due to the " absence " or " deletion " of the gene that is responsible then it would follow that there could be an early DNA screening. Any thoughts or referrals on this?? thanks all! patti
