Guest guest
I just wanted to post a saying from s Ohsawa that i reread every day. The kitchen and dining area are sacred places, for it is there that the basic miracle and mystery of life--the creation of human life and thought--atr re-enacted daily. No other earthly ceremony surpasses it in importance. Through the use of fire and salt, this miraculous transmutation of food and water into body, blood, mind and spirit is the central ritual of civilazation. Without nourishment for the body, no life is possible. To eat is to create a new life for tomorrow. --s Ohsawa
