I am happy things went well for you, as for the battle with the food...it takes time believe me, I battle with it myself. We have a love affair with food, it's our warm blankie but now since I've lost some weight I feel so much better. I wish you all the best in your weight loss journey...a good cookbook to get (Tammy A told me of this one) Eating Well after Weight Loss...I've heard raves from Tammy as well as those on the OH board.
