Hi, haven't checked my emails in a while so I'm just now seeing your post. Our 2nd child, now 5, has BPES and is the first in our families to have this condition. We live in Tallahassee, FL and have traveled to Gainesville (Shands), ville (Nemours) and Atlanta (Emory) to interview surgeons. Our son has had a total of 4 surgeries and the last one, which was performed in Atlanta in October 2008, finally seems to have worked.
