Guest guest
Hi,I really hope all goes well for you and your daughter. My daughter had her check up and has been told that the next one which will be cutting towards the nose to enlarge the eyes will be when she turns one years old. I am anxious about it already even though I have got a year to go!!! I understand how difficult it must be for you...I'm not sure whether it's easier or harder as they get older because they have an idea of what is going on. It amazed me how quickly Lacey bounced back from her op as I am sure your little girl will too. Good luck and take careLove and Lacey xxxxxFrom: machaela <macster74@...>Subject: blepharophimosis Jessie's 2nd opblepharophimosis Date: Wednesday, 21 October, 2009, 10:22 AM Hi everyone. I havent posted for awhile but I just wanted to share that Jessie (now 4yrs old) is having her 2nd surgery next week. The 27th of Oct, in Melbourne. She had her epicanthus op 2years ago and it has been really successful although I have noticed that the skin in the inner corners has "relaxed back" a little more than I would have expected. Anyway... I am so nervous about this "eye lift" op. I am relieved that the time has come, as we have anticipated it for most of her short life but at the same time I must admit I have been terrified about it too. She is a very switched on little individual and is definately going through a bit of a "dramaqueen" phase!!!!! so I am hoping all goes well for my gorgeous little girl and I will keep you all posted. Hope this post finds you all well and special thoughts to and your little girl. Glad to hear everything went well Love to all, Machaela,Jessie & family (australia) Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger. Guest guest
Machaela:We will be thinking of your family and Jessie as she has her operation on the 27th...I think the anticipation of surgery is harder on parents than the kids as I know what you mean about being nervous. Kids are so resilient and quick to recover. Hang in there and we look forward to an e-mail after.
