I lived in Mozambique for a couple of years so that's where I learned Portuguese

(well Portunyol really, I make up quite a lot based on Spanish...). Bipin is

fine thanks! It's Shanti, our youngest, who has the suture granuloma problem.

Interestingly, when I contacted Mr Collin, he wrote back quite quickly saying

that he had forwarded my email to Mr Abou-Rayyah (who did her surgery) at

Moorfields and that I should let him (Collin) know if Abou-Rayyah didn't

reply...
