Guest guest
After my last post and making an appointment for Todd to go to Moorfields this is the latest. At Moorfields everything went well, they were happy with his vision - panic over - and just gave him a new prescription, and see you in a year. We took him back to the local hospital with this information expecting to get discharged basically. However yet again his vision was not equal in both eyes - so we are all a bit confused. The local hospital want to keep seeing him between going to Moorfields annually and are now getting him to wear a patch over the apparently stronger eye for a couple of hours a day. I have no idea where this is going or if this will have any effect, and I would love to know why he can see equally in London but in Kent can't! I am confused, frustrated and unsure if I am doing the right thing? Will a patch work, or will that eye always want to be less involved as its lid has always been slightly lower? Sorry to go on a bit just needed to share caroline Kent, UK
