Blanks calls it an advanced workout, but it 30 minutes vice 60 minutes like the other advanced workouts. It is mostly floorwork. I'd recommend it, but as a beginner you'd have to work up to it. From QVC UK there is Original 4 Pack (Instructional, Basic, Advanced & 8minute) Studio Live 4 Pack (Instructional, Basic, Advanced & 8minute) Then there seems to be Abs & Glutes released on Dec 26 and another tape called Taebo, but since the latter is being advertised VERY cheaply I suspect it's a re-release and may not be new. QVC has had on in January the last 2 years with a new promotion, so I praying that they have a new set next month. If you are in the UK you can get VCR's that will play the US format tapes (NTSC) it usually says on the front of the VCR itself. You can also get multi region DVD players, perhaps you should check if your's is restricted to Region2 only or not. I'm sorry I don't know which workouts are on DVD cos I haven't got one.
