What I can say is Mr Collin, (in England when they reach a certain level they are referred to as Mr) operated on me at the age of 14 (over 25 years ago - I am in one of his books), and the operated on my daughter 10 years ago. He is the leading guy and trains others too do the ops. My daughters eyes are amazing! but I think it all depends on the BPES, let us know how you get on. Our daughter had already two surgery´s here in germany, but we are not really happy with them.
