A member of this group has written

to me privately to explain that as a couple, they have undergone pre-implementation

genetic diagnosis. The process involves a type of IVF which strives to implant

the healthiest fertilised embryo. This science behind it all, and the treatment

options are all pretty advanced.

If you would like to know more about

this topic then please contact me directly (shireen@...) and I will

put you in touch with them so that they can share their experiences with you.

for the information not being posted publically is for privacy reasons. Every

topic can be discussed in our group. The whole point is to share

information, especially if it is scarce, hard to obtain, very specific to
