Guest guest Posted February 28, 2009 Report Share Posted February 28, 2009 Debbie Hint I am sure a chemist where you live has these They are adhesive gel bandages - you put them on like a giant band aid - and your body warmth warms them up - last 8 hours - this helps with bone ache Other than that there a gel pads to warm up in microwaves, hot water bottles, electric blankets, more rugs, Keep warm and keep moving so you don't seize up You may find like many of us, that you will always feel the cold even on warm days - I have no idea why this is, but you feel cold to the bone, make sure you are warm enough Sue Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
