Hint

I am sure a chemist where you live has these

They are adhesive gel bandages - you put them on like a giant band aid

- and your body warmth warms them up - last 8 hours - this helps with

bone ache

Other than that there a gel pads to warm up in microwaves,

hot water bottles, electric blankets, more rugs,

Keep warm and keep moving so you don't seize up

You may find like many of us, that you will always feel the cold even on warm

days

- I have no idea why this is, but you feel cold to the bone, make sure you are

warm

enough
