Hi everyone... I haven't been on for a few days because I am in hospital. if

you remember last week I was really feeling horrible and was hoping this was not

indicative to my life on Gleevec. I ended up in the ER on Saturday Night very

sick and and elevated temp. I had bacteria in my urine and blood. Today I am

feeling like a whole new person. I am having very minimal side effects from the

Gleevec and I can live with these. Thank you guys so much for being there. I

am so glad to feel better. I should be able toleave the hospital tomorrow.

Hope all is well for everyone. Hearing the stories from you all is very

inspirational to me. It truly does help to know that you have been where we are

now and that there is hope for the future. Love and kisses to you all.........
