body that was slowly falling apart. Because of being over weight for a

meant she wouldn't be able to walk normally ever again for the rest of

her life! The pain and swelling never went away all summer and into the

fall, she couldn't bend her foot anymore than before, she took up to

pairs of her shoes with 1/2 inch flat heels and even occasionally had to

wear her bedroom slippers to work.</FONT></P>

to take Advil at all, and she was even wearing some of her high heels he

this at Natural Bridge National Park in Southern Utah. We climbed 500

feet down a canyon wall and walked about five miles up and down and over

some very rocky terrain and jagged rocky river bottom and then climbed

500 feet back out of the canyon and walked over 2 miles to get back to

the Jeep over some very rugged terrain!</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>P.S. the temperatures were in

the mid 90's and the altitude was over 6500 feet! In October 96 prior to

Noni if Sharon walked across a smooth floor that changed to carpeting

and stepped on the lip of carpeting it would almost bring her to her

knees with pain! Now she can walk day in and day out on some of the most

rugged and severe terrain and rocks and mountains you could ever

imagine!</FONT></P>

improvement in our memory. Sharon used to transpose numbers all the time

and even words in her sentences. She never does it any more which makes

and I will be 80 in October.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>For more than 25 years my two

middle fingers on both hands would lock up, and I never had any idea

when it would happen. I've had to use the other hand to try to unlock

them by holding my hand in very warm water and had to begin working my

knuckles before they would unlock. It hurt, and I was afraid I would

break my fingers trying to open them.</FONT></P>

Arthritis among other things.</FONT></P>

taking 1 oz. Of Noni per day. By the third day my body felt so good. It

was as though a huge weight had been lifted off of my

injured my back by falling on the ice in January of 1996, including

November, and I am no longer depressed. I feel great! Also, I had been

us so good that we decided to give some to our 12 year old Schnauzer,

Stoney. He had been suffering from arthritis in his back for the past

year and a half. As a result, he was no longer able to jump up onto the

quarter ounce of noni juice on Stoney's food. Now we mix a quarter ounce

of noni juice with milk and give Stoney the noni, he was able to hop up

nurse, working part-time for the State of Wisconsin.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>In the past 18 months, I had

been experiencing extreme pain in my left hip. Initially I attempted

self-medicabon with Tylenol. Following a medical diagnosis, by x-ray, of

severe arthritis in the left hip joint my M.D. prescribed Relafen, 750

mg., two tablets every morning and follow-up with Tylenol, two tablets

at 2 PM and again at bedtime. Some relief was obtained on this schedule,

however, the pain was never totally gone for any period of time.

Activites that aggravated this condition were avoided or undertaken with

great caution.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>On the 10th of July, I

started taking Noni Juice twice daily. Being a nurse, I felt it would be

appropriate to chart my progress, if any. Four days after beginning with

Noni, I noted minimal pain in my left hip. In the course of these four

days, I took the Relafen every other day and Tylenol, two to thee pills

daily because I didn't really want to quit my meds " cold

turkey. " <BR><BR>On the 14th, I went to work and, while walking down the

hallway discovered I was favoring my leg - not realizing until much

later that it was my right leg and right hip that were uncomfortable,

and I had no pain or ache in my left! I believe this right-sided

favoring was a result of over a year of accommodating my left hip

pain.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>On the 15th of July, I only

took one Relafen and no Tylenol. For the entre day, I had no left hip

pain and only experienced some muscle tightness. I was also able to

sleep on my left side without experiencing the usual left lateral

hip/thigh tenderness. This was the first tme in two years that I had

slept on this side without any discomfort!</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>By the 19th of July, I have

increased my activity and still there is no left hip pain. However, I do

have the muscle tightness in my low back and posterior thighs, which I

attribute to my higher level of activity which is challenging this area

more than it has not been for quite some time.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>I am now able to walk down

the basement stairs without using the hand rail for support I am able to

get in and out of the back seat of a car without any pain, which is a

monumental change from my previous experience.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>I am also able to get into my

Chevy Blazer (four wheel drive vehicle which has a high step), with only

one hand support on the steering wheel rather than two, using my left

foot on the running board and pulling myself up and experiencing no pain

in the left hip at all, even with the my full weight on that

leg.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>On Sunday, the 20th, I

attended Mass and was able to comfortably genuflect placing my right

knee on the floor, without any pain to my left hip.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT face=verdana color=#000099 size=2>Today I did something that I

never thought I'd do again: pull weeds in my yard by kneeling down on

the ground and moving along. I was able to do this without any

discomfort for 30 to 45 minutes and was able to get up without

experiencing any pain.<BR><BR>I continue to take the Noni Juice, one

ounce daily, no more than three Tylenol per day (if needed, or if I'm

going to be very busy), and have put my Relafen on hold for now. I will

continue to challenge myself by increasing my activity level - and will

continue to drink Noni Juice daily!</FONT></P>
